I found the course & contents very easy to follow, understand & feel I have achieved my goal to learn the Spanish Language basics, grammar & pronunciations. I am delighted to have received my Certificate Of Achievement for course with a Distinction. I would highly recommend the course & Alpha Academy who have provided exceptional service throughout my studies.

Due to a very difficult year of dealing with a handful of bereavement due to many losses, I have not been able to start my paid for course. I did not realise that my time had run out and contacted a member of the team to see how much time I had left for completion. After being told that my course had run out of time, I immediately felt disappointed. But I was then given the best news and I am now able to fulfil my goal in hopefully completing the course successfully and furthering my career. A big thanks to the team. I have successfully completed one course but I felt that I needed to study more so I searched for something similar and I started a new one. I have since fallen behind with it and I was worried that I would have to restart it all over again but after talking to an advisor I have been given more time to continue. Fantastic!

This is possibly the worst company ever were training courses are offered. It doesn't deliver what the courses describes, and I learnt nothing. I have asked for a refund, but I have yet to hear back from them. I received a certificate for completing the course, but I didn't do anything to earn it, so I think it's worthless. The course spent more time promoting offer courses I could buy.

The agency can take great pride in their work, I've only received the best treatment whenever a problem arised. I’m really enjoying the Spanish class with Alpha Academy. It was such a good price and I’ve developed my spoken Spanish rather than getting too focussed on verb tables etc etc so working for me - getting straight into actually speaking and listening rather than the other way round. Really like Kieran (the tutors) ethos, and the short lessons make it easier to fit in every day or few days. I have found the Alpha customer service great and very helpful. And site is very user friendly too.
