This is now the 5th course that I have done with Alpha Academy and I would highly recommend these courses. I have done 4 Yoga courses and now just completed Level 2 Certificate in Physiotherapy which as a Personal Trainer I have found very interesting and highly recommend. I completed my course and say the exam but when it was reviewed over half the answers were blank even though I know I answered them. I was then asked to pay for a retake. I emailed them a week ago and have not heard back. I think it's a scam! If the price is too good to be true, it probably is!

I purchased a level 2 food safety and hygiene course. On taking the exam I had completed less than 1/2 of the questions when it gave me a fail stating I needed to pay to resit! I paid to resit but was unable to access course. Tried to call you but to no avail. I have paid for the same course from virtual college this morning as I need to complete a course today as I could not get through to you. I would like to request a full refund of the course and resit fee!

Couldn't access the site and turns out after speaking to Adam the agent, I had mistyped my email. This was sorting within minutes and easy to understand. Thank you for your help.

Very helpful and very quick at finding what I needed

I got a Spanish Language Master class course with a Free PDF certificate. The lessons were taught by a native Spanish Speaker, teaching in Spanish with available English subtitle. Hence, I was able to immerse my listening skills in Spanish and never missed out the comprehension. They will send an email notification, every time you finished a lesson. The customer service is also very helpful, kudos to Issac for assisting me to have my PDF certificate. Definitely purchasing more course packages even the one year all courses promo if I may. Purchased a course of Groupon went to submit the voucher to start course wouldn’t match. Contacted live chat told voucher had already been redeemed by a completely different email and rudely told to go back to Groupon. Awful experience.

I finished the course about Teaching Assistant. I would say that was a very good course.The explanation in every lesson was accurate and understandable.

Has anyone actually had a plumbing career from doing this course. Can anyone tell me after this course are you recognised as a qualified plumber in the UK. Please let me know before i join?

Very helpful easy and understandable

I like this way of learning as at my own pace with no pressure or anxiety. I can replay the lesson until it sinks in unlike a classroom.

I inadvertently ordered the wrong course so I emailed the Academy and they changed it for the correct one with no bother at all. Excellent service.

The course was easy to access. However, the certificates are very expensive and I forgot to add on before checkout so now looking at paying more for the certificate than the course. My other issue was the amount of grammatical errors, this made some of the questions during the mock slightly difficult to decipher, having to read and re-read the questions to understand what was being asked.....not great.
