Really poor course. Emailed them a week ago to let them know about this and what they needed to do to rectify this. For example, the final exam questions were not logical at all - I'd paid for an oven cleaning level 2 course and the questions were very hard to follow and some of them made no sense at all. The actual course material wasn't useful for the majority and some bits looked like they might have been google translated very badly. There obviously had been no proof reading of the course. Any how, I sent this feedback to the course leader a week ago and spent a good 20 minutes typing up alot of information, uploading photo's of items that needed attention on the course etc. and have had 0 response from the team which is disappointing in itsself as I wanted to give them time to rectify their mistakes. I'd read the trust pilot reviews before paying any money for the course and it looked like a trust worthy website. So I'm very disappointed in how bad the course was and also the lack of customer service. Edit: still no direct response from “customer service team” I don’t think they actually care aslong as they get your money. Shame as I was hoping this would be a good course and go on to do others as some of the courses sounded realy good!

Alpha Academy is really excellent source for online learning . It has unique and useful course that helps built our career. I have enrolled myself in many courses and I feel that the study material is helpful to understand day to day process in good organizations .

Great online pmp course, easy to follow with plenty of direction for self study in preparation for the exam. Really liked being able to access the course at any time and learn at my own pace. Communication by email in a timely fashion and always helpful.

Always been helpful and understanding when I have called them. Sometimes been difficult to get through and some of the courses have additional tasks, which are hard to understand at times.
