Is this a scam? I keep getting asked to re-pay to take the final exam and it never actually lets me take the final exam!

Brilliant course and service i am currently studying Spanish part 2 I holiday a lot in the canaries and it is great to be able to speak some Spanish

Easy to follow, great content & a great qualification to have

Worst training provider I have ever used! Training material and video's are really dated and clearly have not been updated for a significant length of time. There are no facilities to test your knowledge or prepare for exams, there is literally 2-3 questions in a slide deck which display the answer straight away. I have therefore needed to pay another provider to have access to exams questions. I requested 4 times to book in for my exams through the platform but got no response therefore needed to raise a support ticket to have my request progressed. Which takes 24-48hrs to get a response. Overall the service is less than optimal and there are certainly far better training provider out there. I would not recommend this company!

I have just completed a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care with a pass mark of 78%. I say this not to boast, but to point out the minimal value of this "training", as I didn't actually take the course. The grammar on the first page made me think that I would be wasting my time. I simply took the mock test and the final test. With questions such as "Which of the following should be asked by a medical professional to know their problems?" and "Which of the followings is considered as child’s falling ground and unsafe because of chemical reactions?", it strikes me that this course may not have been written by someone with English as a primary language. I too have been asked to pay £17.10 for a PDF certificate which is worthless and I shall not be purchasing. Interestingly this certificate fee is reduce (from £22.80) by a coupon (available only for a specified period of time), presumably to entice individuals into thinking they have got a good deal! I purchased this course as part of a flash-sale and I think I paid less than £5, but it is not even worth that. The same course currently available on the site now for £166. Very, very disappointing.

I can’t begin to describe the ease with which this beginners course gets the basics across. Having started and departed from a couple of evening classes over the years, I was apprehensive about starting this course. It goes at just the right pace for oldies such as myself- three minute chunks of information are a brilliant concept. I enjoyed it so much that I have enrolled on the Beginners to Intermediate Spanish! Try it, you’ll like it!
