I just appreciate the customer service, All of my orders are on time, trackable, and handled in a timely fashion. My only drawback is the monster box drawing, when is the drawing? Maybe include that information so people can watch the drawing live.

Purchased a 10 ounce Scottsdale silver bar as well as 10 1 ounce silver coins. When they turned up the condition of the purchased items was terrible. The silver bar was scratched quite badly on the front and back as well as being dented on the side. Looked like it had fallen off a bench and then just picked up by someone not wearing gloves. As for the coins, they had a milky appearance as well as fingerprints. I contacted SD Bullion who apologised and offered a $10 refund but in American dollars which equated to $6.32 Australian. This was the first time I've ever dealt with SD Bullion and it will definitely be the last. I do not recommend this company.

Received what I ordered. I feel safer going to a PO Box. I feel unsafe when I am told insurance stops before I receive product at a PO Box. I feel completely at risk with it going at my home mailbox where every piece of crap walking by potentially, could steal it.
