Great service Beautiful Fair price

My order took far longer than usual to arrive. It sat in Memphis for a few days. Then it bounced around the southwest for a few more. I did finally receive it. This was the post office and the weather’s fault. But I have noticed that the post office is not as efficient lately. I have had many packages delivered late and the tracking shoes them arriving in my town then leaving again. Maybe use a better shipping company would be a good option.

I received a 10 gm gold bar as described. I purchased a 10gm gold bar, design your choice. According to the picture, the bars shown arel in assay, so I assumed that was what I was purchasing. I received the bar in a plastic holder instead and noticed scratches on the bar. My fault for not reading the entire description on what I was purchasing, but I feel this was somewhat deceiving since the picture shows 2 bars in assay and therefore I assumed I was going to get a 10gm bar in assay.

your shipping was very fast after my check went through but the usps was very slow getting it here and there shipping tracking was on good but you did a great job

Great service and great product with very fast shipping

Shipping times are longer than advertised. Customer service reps are rude and do illogical math to justify their delays. How hard is it to just say “yes your order is experiencing a delay”? The website and phone message says 3-5 business days process and ship the order after the payment clear. When I called on the last business day they told me that my order would be shipped within 3 days time. So 8 business days to process and ship rather than 5. Instead of just taking accountability for the delay the offshored foreign customer service representative went through a whole gaslighting routine. When he couldn’t follow through with his logic he was rude and told me all orders experience this wait time, suggesting that I was unreasonable to follow up on the delay. Really poor business on this aspect from what is otherwise a respectable company. So the bottom line is I paid with an e-check which took 3 business days to clear, after the payment was clear it will have taken 8 business days to process and ship, then factor in 3 days average shipping time to get the product to my door. 3+8+3= 14 business days total to receive my order. If you count the weekend non business days for the over all wait we are talking 18 days from order to delivery. This is a far cry from the estimated days on the website and I would say ventures into deceptive business practice. But, they are big boys in the gold and silver game and what is a little stacker like me to do. As the customer service agent implicitly suggested, I’ll just have to lie down and take it. So I wouldn’t purchase any gifts from this website unless you are planning a month in advance. SD Bullion you can do better, just be transparent.

It is insane how long they take to ship. I have historically bought from JM Bullion and APMEX and always had fast shipping. SD cashed my check on 1/12 and it is now 1/23 and my product still has not shipped.
