the charged my card lost my order they say they can't find it now i'm out my money

They always have deals going. Every time I contact them they are quick and always willing to help you. I recommend them to anyone that asks me.

The offer was fair and I like using the label and insurance option through SD. The only thing I didn't appreciate is the time its taking to get the money for the expensive metals you are holding for FREE. I have been told through email I would receive my funds "tomorrow" and that was on Tuesday last week, then on Thursday I called and was told SD would release the funds on Friday and now today I called and being told 2-3 more days.. I HAVE BEEN LIED TO. I still don't have the funds.

Loved the Holiday silver, great selection at the best price! I purchased 2 of the 10oz Christmas trees, one for myself and one as gift for my daughter and son in-law, they loved it. Very unique gift and I will purchase from SD Bullion again, for sure! Also, loved the packaging and the bible verse on packing box as it makes me happy to buy from people with my same values!! Only bad thing, with the temporary holiday help, Fedex was delivering my packages to my neighbors house. I will have to order earlier for my Christmas silver gifts, next year.

I usually order from JM bullion, if I placed an order on the Monday I would have my metals delivered by that Friday (choosing free shipping) I decided to give SD bullion a go since there prices were marginally cheaper. It’s been 5 days and my order is still yet to be shipped. (The money was taken from my account on day 2) Probably will go back to JM bullion once this order is finally delivered. **Edit, the package was shipped the following day (Monday the 15th, and was scheduled for delivery on Thursday the 18th) Never made it on the 18th and now all the tracking says is it’s “running late” with no scheduled delivery day. Now if this was a low value Amazon order I wouldn’t care, but when it’s of significant value as this, it adds to the stress. This is probably less a SD bullion issue and on the shipper, but makes my experience as a whole much worse.

VERY BAD and COSTLY, and ONGOING EXPERIENCE. I'm out over $1,500. We have had many, many, GREAT experiences with this company UNTIL the first attempt at buying GOLD. It was ordered 30, November, 2023. The package was to Include 3 PCs -1/4 troy oz coins, and 1 piece-ten troy oz bar of silver. Shipped FedEx Priority on the 2, Dec, 2023, . It was 'hung up' in Memphis for 2 weeks! I had no help by SD Bullion, or FedEx. When I finally got it, I was so excited that I quickly signed for it, and brought it in. I cut it open from the top, only to find one 10 ounce bar of silver, and MISSING WAS: 3 one fourth troy ounce gold coins. Then I noticed that the box had been cut from the bottom, robbed of the gold, and neatly resealed with the silver enclosed. I sent in all info, photos, including the required paperwork and later, notarized affidavit. I have the packaging (not at home, of course !) BTW: This was the first time I ever ordered gold from them. Interesting. I keep writing them, and they keep adding the receipt of the email to the email thread, with a reference number. I am so sorry that I had recommended them to so many. They said it takes a up to a month to resolve. We are well past that. I'm not going away. This is when and how you learn the integrity of a company. If and how they resolve problems, will have a great deal to do with my further comments, as I loved and trusted them. Sincerely, Damon
