My order delivery was delayed because my permanent mailing address is not my residence address. Deliveries require a signature and delivery to my permanent address was considered risky by the insurer. The delivery proceeded after I agreed to assume liability for the delivery to my permanent address. The requirement to deliver to a residence for a signature was not made evident in the ordering process nor terms of use. The situation was resolved after phone calls and emails but it delayed the delivery and was a not a good experience.

Had issues sending funds via bank wire for 1oz gold bar. Gave me the wrong address, so I went ahead and payed by credit card. Even though I payed 2k for the gold bar they still hit me with a $102 cancel fee and a $50 spot loss. No body returned my calls about the address issue until 10 days later when they were trying to close the first order and collect. Learned my lesson and will take my business elsewhere.
