Happy you let me know my order was out for delivery. My mail carrier never notified me of the order. I was home. She did not come down my driveway to notify me nor did she leave any kind of notification notice in my mailbox. Due to your notification I immediately drove to the local post office where I stood outside the package door for more than 39 mins waiting for an attendant to come to the door. Items were well packaged. Love the silver bars. Again, thank you for alerting me of the unable to deliver notice.

THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS, DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THEIR WEBSITE! Looked into buying gold coins with them, I wanted to see the bottom line price after all the blah blah which required me entering an order online... I put that I would do the transaction with a bank wire, nothing was given to them other than my phone number and email... As suspected, the total came out to be about $50 per coin over what they quoted when I entered the order so I decided to not purchase... A week later I start getting emails and phone calls from them saying if I don't pay the $18,200 and buy the coins, that there would be over $1000 in order cancelation fees.. I told them they are being crooked pirates and I would for sure do no business with them, promising to not pay a penny... They then told me I could only pay $200 as a special offer to close the account... I will do everything I can to overturn anything they turn in on my credit, but I will never pay for services not rendered just because they put hidden disclaimers and unscrupulous hidden rules on their order forms.. They will reply saying their crooked way of doing business is "industry standards", it is not, it is crooks gouging people for everything they can... Not one penny will be paid to them

I have been an SD Bullion customer for some time. I have spent what for me is alot of money with your company. My last order was shipped via Fed ex which is not a good shipper for us as we live on a ranch in the middle of nowhere. I have requested that you didnt send my orders via Fed Ex in the past and was assured that there was a note on my account to that effect. The fed ex office for my area is over 75 miles away so a pickup is hard to do. The problem is Fed ex required a signature at your request not mine. I have a "no signature needed" flag on my account with Fed Ex for any deliveries but since your company insisted on a signature they would not deliver. In the past I have called SD Bullion and explained and you waived the signature as the Fed ex system texts me as soon as the driver scans the package and I can go to the hiway and retrieve the package from my drop box. When I didnt get the package I called your company to request it be delivered with out a signature like you have done in the past. Here is where the problem began. I spoke to an SD Bullion rep called Al. He was very rude and condescending when I made my request and said no way was that going to happen. I asked for his last name and he wouldnt give it, I then asked to speak to a supervisor and he would not let me speak to anyone. He said a supervisor would call me back sometime that day. It never happened. I did not nor have I yet been able to talk to Al's supervisor. His only option was for me to change my delivery address for a fee of 20 dollars plus tax. He said there was no other options. This left me with my only option which was to sit at my front gate (3 miles from my house) and wait several hours to catch the Fed ex truck and sign for my package. I have never been so frustrated by someone like Al who could care less about my business with your company. The only reason that I was doing business with you was that you represented yourself to be a Christian company which was important to me, but now I can see that doesnt seem to be the case. I dont expect to be customer in the future. Disappointed.

Excellent service. Wish hold time from e-check payment to verification of payment receipt to shipment was shorter but understand why SD Bullion has this policy. Have purchased from SD Bullion in the past and will continue to do so in the future. A great resource for my silver and gold bullion needs.

I received my order, two 5 oz silver bars on time. Only thing that prevents me from ordering this item again is that bars had dings on the edges either from handling before shipment or received during shipping due to packaging methods
