They did not have one “at spot” price purchase for new logged in customer at check out until I emailed them and then their first reply explained how to set up an account and log in??! The offer Finally came up working (guess they forgot to actually activate it). So, I ordered over $200 Early Saturday Morning paying more using PayPal for same day free shipping. My order per tracking was Finally received by USPS WEDNESDAY morning. The next Customer Service reply said It took longer because Monday 6/20/22 was a holiday; that it was shipped 6/20/22 on the holiday and that the 3-5 business days shipping shown on their website would take 5-10 business days. My reply asking was I to believe they really worked on a Federal Holiday and it took 2 days to drop it off at the post office has yet to receive a reply. Work with these prevaricators at peril of losing it! FWIW my silver has yet to arrive!! I can hardly wait to read how they spin this, this time. P.S. Notice how their illiterate reps “oporate” in their response to Art’s one star review despite TrustPilot’s review program providing redlines “amungst” misspelled words. Guess they dropped out before the teacher explained what those red lines mean or it’s just indicative of their inability to listen.

I wanted to place an order with them and then changed my mind. Well, on their site when you check out it states the order will be canceled if they don't get the money within 48 hours but instead of cancelling my order they're trying to extort money from me by trying to collect a cancellation fee. If they're so hard up for money they aren't worth dealing with because they can't be trusted.
