Have done business with them in the past, no problems After a $135.24 order they shipped it Federal Express (allegedly) i've never recieved their shipment. This not how i do business. I am currently attempting to recover the $135.24 but getting no response. Not happy with them at this moment. Since writing this SD Bullion has made good and replaced my order through their insurance policy. It was a bit of a hassle at first, but then a fellow named Jeremiah B. Stepped in and made things happen. Looking back i believe it was Fedx that caused the problem. I've had bad experiences with them in my area. I personally feel that if someone possesses a driver license (which is rare around these parts) they're automatically qualified for the job. I got nowhere with them and they made me feel like they thought i was lying. Little did they know i stayed home on the day of delivery as i didn't trust them to come through. They failed miserably. Anyway all is good with SD Bullion and will continue doing business with them. My shipping options won't evolve Fedx, that's for sure.
