Great service, quick delivery!!

I was unable to make a payment with e check and they started to get aggressive with emails and phone calls. I called them to work out a pay plan. They did not want to wait longer for payment so they threatened to add an aggressive charge. You want quality gold and service then go to JM Bullion or Apmex. Yes SD bullion is a few cents cheaper but their service is horrendous and they go into IRS mode if you come up short. JM bullion and Apmex would work with clients on small issues like this.

Purchased a coin that should have been triple 9's pure. It wasn't, they wanted me to pay for shipping and they would resend another, no guarantee of purity, until I get it and check it at coin shop again....The don't really stand by the product, they'll swap if you pay shipping...that gets to be expensive, kept coin, will never buy from them again, beware
