The worst customer service I ever experienced. Rude on the phone, trying to talk over customer. If you are trying to order their Random design rounds you would not get what is pictured, they send you their own SD bullion round, they will not exchange it for any other, rounds pictured are NOT in STOCK. They will tell you that it is noted in their product description. They have IRA approved note on Random selected rounds, when you look at the pictures, while their SD Round doesn't have this note. They will not back down to make you happy, all they care is about getting your money and forget about you. They are ruthless and greedy. I had to cancel the coin purchase, which never been shipped to me from the first place and was charged $110 restocking fee. I was immediately asked for the credit card number, was not even given the option to pay the other way, now after reading some reviews, I figured it out why: because it is the fastest way to get hold of people's money. I was told by Jeremiah that he is doing me a huge favor by cancelling the purchase and charging me $110 . I also had to call later and ask to cancel the order on my profile, because money was taken and the order was still there. Receipt for the transaction was not provided, which seems strange to me. Read their Terms and Condition BEFORE placing the order. They will charge you 5 % of the purchase price if you had to cancel. They will tell you this is common in this industry, while what is common is charging difference in price which was locked on the day of purchase and the day you cancelled, if there is a difference. They are making money on excessive or exorbitant charge of cancellation fee. I wish they would tell me how much money they lost from the day I purchased the coin to the day I cancelled it, considering the coin never been sent out and they never run out of those coins and the price of the coin actually went up on the day I cancelled. They will apologise that you feel this way, but will do nothing to correct the situation. Read reviews on gripeo website and stay away from this business, There are plenty other trusted online sellers better than this one, not sure how they keep their high BBB rating As a response to SD Bullion: MY order is shown cancelled after I called and asked why is it still NOT cancelled. The fee I paid should be reflected on my profile, which is NOT. Your Cancellation fees are the MOST DRACONIAN cancellation fee on the market. You lost NOTHING on the coin I purchased, you MADE MONEY on me cancelling the order, You WOULD NOT give me the receipt for the transaction. After 3 days going back and forth with you, I was provided some kind of lousy receipt in PDF format, probably created by hand. I never received the receipts they claimed they sent me. Their system is working just fine to charge money fast and easy and it seems to be broken when it comes to giving out the receipts.

I ordered a pair of heart gold earrings for a gift on Tuesday, 3/15/22. The main reason I bought them is because I also saw the opportunity to send them via 2-Day Fed Ex delivery for $12.95 (I needed them to give as a gift by Sat., 3/19/22). I also wrote a note with my order stating that I needed them by Friday, 3/18/22 (no one bothered to get back to me to let me know they couldn’t honor that). When I called on 3/18/22, I was told that they won’t even ship out until the following week on Wednesday. WHY DID I PAY THE $12.95? That was Deceiving and Wrong! Then I asked for the Fed Ex to be cancelled and I wanted a refund. I was told I would have to pay a fee to cancel and no refund. What kind of business is this!!! So I want future Customers to know that the 2 Day Fed Ex will not happen until a week or two later so it's a total waste of your $$’s. Don't fall for this SCAM. Personally, I'm not happy the way I was treated and don't plan on ever doing business with this company again.

Nice product but the delivery wasn't good because on three different occasions I wasn't home to sign for the delivery and because I work from early morning to evening and UPS doesn't deliver before I leave for work and when I arrive home, which of course is all my fault and no one else.

My husband found this coin online at the Canadian Mint, but it was sold out, I did a google search on where to get one, you had some I ordered it, I came almost exactly when you said it would, it was the same price as the Mint, AND you shipped to Canada. I am quite happy with my experience!
