I sent SB Bullion a secure message via their web server several days ago and never recd the courtesy of a response. I will be taking my $15K to one of their competitors. Very poor customer service.

Called the company to resolve an issue and the man I spoke with hung up on me when I asked to speak with a manager. Seemed like he was too brainwashed by Karen memes to realize that that was part of his job (and a service he mentioned himself before deciding he disagreed with me).

I received my second order very quickly and with an excellent inventory to choice from, for what I'm looking for, I will be a return a customer moving forward.

SDB lost my $9,500 silver order and DID NOTHING to make sure merchandise arrived for 21 days while FedEx showed it "sat" in Memphis. It has been 20 additional days now since SDB was first notified, an insurance claim form was sent back to SDB the same day, no follow-up ever occurred at any time, and I still do not have the shipment or notification of a new one or a refund (which I'd prefer) in hand. At best, I see this as deplorable customer service, if not purposeful unauthorized use of almost $10K of my funds for up to two months by the matter can be finally resolved satisfactorily.

Giving them every opportunity to act prudently and in my opinion achieving extremely less than mediocrity Stay Away FROM THIS "COMPANY" From their reply you can clearly see C Y A going on. I can rate their spin doctor as excellent. A reputable firm can cancelled any order that has not actually been placed yet. In addition a reputable company will work with customers to to earn a client. This firm is transactional only. Their customer service is far worse than the worst on record. All they want is another transaction. I took a shot with these folks against trusted advice and my better judgement. The coins "BU" came packaged two coins per plastic bag then bubble wrapped. Several of the "BU" coins will most likely be down graded to a lower grade, because they came in dinged and scratched and even marred with something. I will probably need to have these coins assessed to find out, First if they are counterfeit and second if not then the actual grade. If they can put doubt into the mind of any customer........ then they have lost the most important aspect of business "TRUST" One and done. "Let the buyer beware" and please be aware! "STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE AND FIND A TRULY RESPECTED COMPANY"
