Extremely poor customer service and a threatening gangster like approach to doing business. There are plenty of other sellers out there. I canceled my very first order within 8 hours and was told to pay cancellation fees, I agreed to the hundreds in fees, but they refused to invoice me and will only send it to collections. How odd.

Their customer service is terrible. They can not be bothered to redirect the packages they ship fedex to another location so if you are not ready to wait around all day to sign for the package, your best best is to take your business somewhere that ships UPS or USPS
