I received my silver rounds...they were just as described...very beautiful.

The site is good and shipped quickly. Unfortunately, they use FedEx, who did not try to deliver to my address (maybe went somewhere else?) and could not help resolve. When I talked to SD's customer service to help fix the shipment, their answer was they could charge me for the cancelation and reorder. First time using them and sorry to say I don't think I can trust them in the future.

Update, SD Bullion updated my status and my second interaction was better. They are a little slow to ship but not untrustworthy. ————————————- I have ordered from SD bullion before but mostly I buy from JM Bullion and others. I did not like how they required me to link my bank account in their site to pay by check but the deal was good so I did it. JM Bullion just needs a routing/checking number. After ordering on 9/17/21, I got a notice the money cleared on 9/20/21. No notice of shipment came so today on 9/28/21 I decided to give them a call. I was not in a bad mood but this order was a decent amount of money and they have had my funds for 8 days. A guy answered and after I confirmed who I was he put me on hold for a few minutes. He came back and said that there is no issue and it “should ship in the next week”. At this point I started to point out it has already been 11 days but the rep kept interrupting me and would not allow me to complete a sentence. I asked him to please stop interrupting me and he accused ME of not listening to him! I was finally able to ask him when the check cleared and he said the 24th which I find hard to believe. After his continued rude and disrespectful attitude interrupting me and getting a general attitude, I finally just hung up and I’m hoping I receive the shipment. Customer service is not for everyone and this guy seems to be in the wrong line of work. So after 11 days, no shipment, no date of expected shipment and a very rude customer service rep who spoiled my day. I’ll stick to JM Bullion, APMEX, Provident and others who ship on time and are nice when I call moving forward.

Easy to use web page, check out is fast, delivery was fast and I received my high quality silver rounds for my silver stacking. SD Bullion is my go to for precious metals. I really wish SD Bullion sold their own private minted (.999) gold bullion rounds in 1oz., ½ oz., ¼ oz., and 1/10 freedom rounds, like their silver rounds.
