Everything is wonderful. My only opportunity for improvement would be being able to change FedEx delivery times or address for days that I'm working, I've always gotten my delivery timely and accurately, sometimes it's nerve-racking and they don't get here before I leave for work at noon

Sometimes SD literally does have the best price period. I shopped all the major bullion dealers that week and they crushed everyone on their 1/4oz AGE price. Now the whole check holding thing for cash price took a day longer than I expected but I did receive the coin and it was perfect. Very satisfied customer.

DO NOT ORDER YOUR PRECIOUS METALS FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered 2 silver eagles a few months back and they informed me they would not be delivered until a month and a half later. Fast forward to when they were supposed to arrival and I never received them. I called and asked what happened and they told me there was nothing they could do because I had 3 days to report a lost package. 3 days, seriously? My order was estimated to be delivered a month and a half later with no exact date, but I only have a few days to report it if I never received it?!? My family and I have ordered from this company for a few years now, but we will no longer do business with a company that does not care about their customers. They will take your money and run, then blame it on their terms and conditions.

Look--spot price is spot price and that is not going to change between bullion dealers. The differences are the premiums charged, the shipping charges, and dependable customer service. SD Bullion is the best choice for all of the above and offers the best deals. Some of the other online dealers may have a wider variety of product offerings, but if you can find it on the SD Bullion site, you're not likely to find a better deal anywhere else.

Upon receiving my order for $100 FV silver 90% US coins, I counted them up (yes, OCD) and found 1,001 dimes. Bonus? Sure, but two of the dimes were Canadian. Not a big issue, but the silver content is different. Lots of Mercury dimes, some in VG condition. My only real issue is the amount of time it takes for funds to be verified by SD. All in all, a good experience. I would like to see an actual MIX of dimes and quarters, though. Tougher to package up in correct amounts, but it would be cool.

Order was clean and efficient, quick turn around and completely satisfied.. I’m a multiple order customer.. only concern was the driver delivered my shipment to the wrong house, fortunately my neighbor was honest and brought it to me. Sub contractor delivery drivers are a real issue for misdelivered packages. not all, but it’s becoming an issue in my area.

Good experience, this is my first time buying online vs going to a local store. Minimal complaints (shipping seemed to take a long time after payment cleared, product description wasn't really clear to me about what size/dimension of coins would fit in a tube so i ordered the wrong thing). Otherwise very pleased overall as a first time buyer online.
