They could not process an order on the high end of their processing time which they claim is 3-5 business days. On the fifth (5th) day of since my echeck was cashed they still have not processed the order let alone ship it. They charged a cancelation fee even though they had failed at processing the order even at beyond the high end of their range. They even charged a market loss fee even though they were still selling the 2024 christmas coins at the same price as I bought them for 6 days earlier. The market price of sliver changed but their advertised price did not change. It's not like they minted the coins for me it was generic 2024 christmas coins. Total bad business. This is the last time I will buy form them.

This was my first gold coin purchase and I appreciated that everything was really safe, secure, timely and reasonably priced. I bought a St. Gaudens type $20 piece in BU condition. I'm not an expert but was hoping for something in a little better condition (some of the highest relief parts seemed very slightly worn to me) though I think what I got could pass for BU so I'm satisfied overall. We'll see though if I ever decide to sell it and I am thinking of bringing it to a local place just to see if they would consider it BU. I probably should have ordered an NGC or PCGS graded coin to know exactly what I would get and dial in the exact condition I was hoping for but they are obviously more expensive. Again, I am happy and satisfied with the experience and will probably order from SD bullion again in the future.

Asked to change my order just a few minutes after I placed it. Asked to change it to the blackfriday deal so save like 15 bucks. They said sure if I pay the 35 cancelation fee. I was like ok nvm. Received my package today and it was the blackfriday deal at the full price. Spit in my face over 15 bucks.

SD Bullion buyback on 100 ounce bars is $500+- Less than their sell price! That is $2000 +- buy/sell spread when selling 4-100 ounce bars to them! I’m stunned!

No response to emails. Dont answer phone or return calls... Shipping is insanely long. No updates. If I do not receive soon I will contact credit card company and reverse charge
