I order from them many times both gold and silver bullion over the last 2 years never had any issues with shipping and can’t beat there prices

I just started to buy my eagles from SD Bullion because I thought they had the lowest prices and best customer service. Boy was I wrong. Not only do they have the lowest prices but their customer service reps are rude. Their shipping is the slowest and costs twice as much then their competitors. They don't carry the coins they advertise in stock so when you place an order they have to them order from the mint and then ship it to you which takes 3 times longer for you to receive your order at a shipping cost of $12.00 dollars. That's almost twice the cost as Bullion Exchanges at just $7.00. SD Bullion you have to order $299.00 worth of coins to get free shipping and with Bullion Exchanges you only have to order $199.00 to get free shipping and it takes almost 3 weeks for your order to arrive. When I brought this up to their customer service they told me, good luck order from Bullion Exchanges. OKAY I WILL.. GOOD LUCK STAYING IN BUISNESS WITH THAT Attitude

I received my twenty five hundred dollar coin with assay from SD bullion. After opening the package and seeing the marred state the assay was in, I called customer service. I questioned if they had a quality assurance and quality control department in this company. I am a regular customer and was shocked at this situation.I asked that they make a note of my call in my account, they would not. I then sent them an email which has not been responded to. I do not think it would be wise for me to continue to order products from this company. This is now the only product in my collection that is not in pristine condition.The service rep told me she would pass along my concern to the shipping department. Again I questioned, where is the quality control department? Why would you let your shipping department handle the quality process. A copy of my email is being kept on file.

Arrived on time and as ordered

I ordered gold maples and selected wire. I followed their instructions but the wire failed on their end. When I asked for my money back, they want to charge me the cancellation fee though the mistake was theirs. Planned to buy 1 - 1 oz coin per month. Wont be with SD!

Shipping times always late or get lost in the mail would take a long time to get my gold or silver I wish I could just buy from a store

I found SD bullion through videos on YouTube. I found it very informative and really liked the guys so I decided to check out the website. There I found a huge variety of items and some excellent gifts. I'll definitely shop here again.

Placed and paid for an order 3 weeks ago. No communication beyond payment received , called to check status was told that items not in stock ( royal mint 10 Oz silver bars - UNA ( limited edition x 2 bars ) after being on hold for ever only exchange allowed for a “ lowered price “ item bar and kept refusing to allow for a fair exchange for a comparable value bar !! Never buying from this dealer again , rude and unethical and will file legal case if bars are not delivered this coming week

I recently sold a large amount of 1oz. silver rounds to SD Bullion. SD Bullion offered me a very respectable price for my silver, and provided me with great instructions for shipping the silver that would be properly insured. Additionally, I requested to use the funds from the silver to purchase Gold coins. Again I received a respectable price my Gold coins. The whole process was seamless and working with SD Bullion staff was great. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly recommend SD Bullion to anyone who wants to buy/sell as investments to use this very reputable company! JM

This is the third online bullion company I've done business with, and they are BY FAR the best. Everyone I spoke with seemed sharp and thorough. Their payout quote was higher than others. My shipment to them was checked in on the day it was received, and I was paid by wire the very next day. I don't usually write reviews, but this one is well deserved.

I ordered 2 silver roaring lion coins to give as gifts, and one of them was scratched. They are advertising them as BU. It is not the first time they do that to me. I rarely buy from them for that reason. I should have known better

I've always been happy with SD! I don't know how they can sell 100 x 1oz .9999 silver coins for $135!
