United States | 09 September 2019I'm giving a star for every delivery I've had with you in the last 5 maybe 6 years. It's never 100 percent right. There always has to be someone to come out to replace/fix something. I'm holding out that one day you will get it right the first time.

United States | 09 September 2019The Mattress they delivered was not the same as the one I tried out. I couldn't sleep on it. I have arthritis and can't sleep on a hard bed. When I asked about changing it after one day, I was told first that there was no return on a mattress. Then I was told that there was restoking fee of several hundred dollars. I became very agitated and let them know I wasn't pleased. After a few days I was told they would exchange it. This hasn't been the kind of experience that would make me recommend Gardner White to anyone.

United States | 09 September 2019This is the worst service/delivery I have ever dealt with. I was told our couch would be at our home at 4 pm. We ordered in store at 12pm. We only received the OTTOMAN at 730 pm!! Now they are saying the rest of the couch will not be delivered until MIDNIGHT! This is not real. That is an 8 hour difference from 4 pm - midnight. I have to work in the morning and if I would have known this we would have went elsewhere to get a couch. This is the worst service I have been waiting around all day for this couch and now will have to wait 7 more hours for our couch to be here. For $100 delivery fee that is not deserved. I want my delivery fee returned to me. This is horrible service!!’

Made a big deal just because we wanted to take a minute to be sure drawers worked and so on. Nice furniture, but will think twice about doing business with such a shoddy outfit.
