He got me credit in a quick and professional way and that made me very comfortable and built up my confidence in him. He also made a follow up call after the furniture was delivered just to make sure I was okay. That's a person who knows his job!!

United States | 12 September 2019Our experience at Gardner-White was pleasant and easy. We came in and purchased a sectional couch, chair-and-a-half and ottoman. The selection was great, many styles and types to pick from. The only issue that we had was with the delivery. The delivery men put gouges in our walls and archway into the family-room. Normally this would be a huge problem, but we're patching and painting the area that the damage occurred. The bottom line is that the delivery folks need to be more careful.

United States | 12 September 2019The Delivery of our furniture by Mr. Michael Blanding was the most Professional Experience we had with dealing with Gardner-White. Michael did everything in his power to make things right while at our home delivering yet an incomplete set of furniture we had been wanting for for over three months. The sales personnel at the Novi Store was atrocious and dishonest in taking care of their customers. They were not up front in knowing how to enter a special order of furniture and when we finally followed up, it had not been entered correctly and furthered the delay. We placed the order in or around July 4th and did not receive it until September 11th in its entirety. We are so dissatisfied with Gardner-White at this time that we will not consider shopping or purchasing another item from Gardner-White ever. The utmost professionalism was displayed by those hardworking people at delivery and from the Delivery Manager, Mr. Steve Nielson who put it all together and made it right for the customer. These are the people that showed care and accountability for the company they work for, NOT the sales people that we dealt with.

United States | 11 September 2019Ben tho my chair was on backorder about 90 days, Casey from the store kept calling me to keep me updated. Then delivery day they insured that I would get my chair in the time bracket that I was available (alittle but shorter span than their normal time bracket) communication was very on point thru the whole process. (Much much better experience than when I ordered something thru their online which I will never do again, you do not get as good customer service thru online orders.

Currently I am waiting for my 4th delivery to get my order correct on dining room table and chairs. 1st delivery was incorrect items then They delivered the table and chairs without the correct hardware. Each delivery was requested during the daytime and every delivery has been in the evening. 2. Also when the original order was placed only one item was on back order now there are 3 that will take an additional 30 days. 3. One of the items was ordered incorrectly, I was told I needed to wait until the back ordered items were available to receive a a credit of $600 difference. Had to threaten to stop payment on my credit card to get my refund. Why should I pay interest on a mistake they made. Finally received my credit. This is not right.

He didn’t bother us while we looked, but was available whenever we had a question or when my wife wanted to match end tables from another area with the couch we picked he was there to move things around. Delivery was prompt and on time. I would highly recommend.

United States | 11 September 2019So I go hear and I pick out a nice sectional sofa for my apartment as well as a bed for my brother and a dining room table with four chairs. I had to work so I had my aunt stay at my apartment for the delivery because I was offered same day delivery which means I get the furniture the day I purchase it. So around 8:30 I get a text from my aunt saying the movers can’t get the sofa through the door because my apartment entrance is too small ( nevermind the fact that I had a queen size bed and mattress fit through this door by 5th Avenue furniture). Then to make matters worse they bring the dining room table without the legs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHat type of business are you guys running here? If your delivery guys are not prepared to give good quality service and ready with product then you should not be offering same day delivery. Now I have to waste my time going back up there and picking out a new sofa which now I have to go to a smaller size because the delivery guys claimed they couldn’t get it through the door. I definitely will not be doing anymore busy with this company you take my money but don’t offer the best delivery service that you can give in order to make sure your customer continues to shop here. This is my first and last time doing business with this company

United States | 11 September 2019Will not do business with this company anymore. Wrong item delivered. Still not picked up. Given a pickup date of Wednesday, 9/11/19. Sales rep never responded to my calls (Mario Rawlins) Spoke to rep by name of Vanessia. She tried to correct problem but was unable to get warehouse to pick up this mattress. I called and spoke to someone this evening. Finally, a return # given. Gardner White, have done business with you in the past. This was very poor customer service.

United States | 11 September 2019Horrible experience immediately after paying for our Beautyrest Black mattress. During the sale was told we would get next day delivery. Then told it would be a week later. A week later, no mattress. After several unreturned phone calls and unable to track my purchase, I went back to the store and was told it would be a couple more days. The next day only the top mattress was delivered (not the base and remote). It was the delivery guy to tell us it was on back order. I contacted the store to find out the back order could be 4weeks or longer. Also, the mattress cover is on back order for 2weeks. Ridiculous! Truly don’t appreciate the dishonesty during the sale process or the lack of understanding/ communication between the store and delivery company. After speaking with customer service to demand a refund, was then told the base can be delivered by tomorrow. Not holding my breath- will NEVER deal with Gardner White again!
