United States | 10 September 2019Our salesperson, Cindy, was excellent and never pushy. She was very helpful in our final choices and honest. The advance notice of the delivery was very prompt and the men delivering our dinning set were professional. However, the delivery men chipped a tiny piece of marble/granite when they turned the table top over. it's not visible to the eye but you can feel it when you run your fingers across the edge. Gardner White immediately set up a courtesy fix appointment which will happen in 2 days. Our living room side tables are on back order.

United States | 10 September 2019I placed my order online with Gardner White for 2 bedrooms sets for my teenage son and I the ordering part was a breeze but when it was time for my shipment that’s when the problem begins on my delivery day they showed up with just my son set me not knowing that they don’t and won’t have mine at the same time cleaned out my room completely bed and all now I’m having to sleep on the couch for days and I do mean days and all they could tell me is the have some of the pieces but not all once again I was never told my set wouldn’t be included in the first delivery long story short all they could tell me was that they were sorry and sent me a $50 coupon to use at there location this was 6 months ago now I’m in the process of having my son bed repaired the furniture is beautiful but what I went through to get it was just not worth it

This is unacceptable for any company that takes $1,400 from a customer and you don't deliver. That's called false advertising
