United States | 11 September 2019Love the furniture but seems cushion has broken down quickly and out mattress in out bedroom already has 1 inch of sag in it and gives a horrible night sleep I wake up hurting and this was the second time the looked at it and wont do anything bec they want it to say a inch and a half before they replace it. I will never shop here again I also see up 3 different times for them to come out and had 3 no calls and no shows and finally 4th time they came but wont do anything about my bed

United States | 11 September 2019I explained my husband is paralyzed. Spent almost $9000 on a bed that's so high I may have a hard time getting him in. At the store salesman said it went down further. Its 28 inches high getting him from wheelchair in it on his sliding board.

United States | 11 September 2019The delivery tracking is the best. .Daniel Campbell's knowledge was exceptional. My only complaint is that promotions should be applicable to floor samples. I purchased 2,500 dollar floor sample mattress. Delivery and tax were charged, no cash back, 'epic sale deals not applicable. I know this was a great deal, but i did not see anything in writting online or in-store that excluded floor samples. It may have been there, but i did not see it. Nor did my sales staff bring it to my attention. Big no no confusing consumer

I rushed and drove all the way from office to catch delivery freight but not received any information when they are coming or leaving. So much waste of time! Very frustrated ! United States | 11 September 2019I really enjoyed my shopping experience and my salesperson only to later learn that I would not be receiving my entire order as promised the next day and nobody has taken the opportunity to inform me when I will receive it I called the store I was told my salesperson would call me the next day and has still not done that it has not been 5 days. Truly disappointed.

The email confirming the delivery that was to come the day before arrived in my in-box after 9 pm the night before The phone number to call for help was answered robotically. I needed to change the delivery and couldn’t until 9 am the morning of the delivery; thank Heaven someone answered the phone at the store so I could get that done.

Not truthful about out the door prices. Delivery people are fast workers, but not very friendly. Which is fine, but be warned. Bed is marvelous. Experience was atrocious.
