Tall gentleman was very nice and professional. Made sure everything was set up and not damage. It would have been nice to have help putting my mattress protectors on thou.

The salesman was good, Eric Abraham. But, we ordered and paid A LOT for a mattress cover. Wasn’t in the delivery today, with no explanation at first. When I questioned the delivery guy he said, “It must be back ordered, they’ll probably mail it to you”. Really?

Everything went great delivery men were very respectful and nice. They came did there job and went to the next drop off .i give 100 stars.

Bought some outdoor furniture online, it took almost 20 days to receive the furniture. Once here the delivery men put items on top of the fire pit to hid the damage on the top of it and the door for the tank was also damaged. Also had one of the chairs come damaged. The back piece was pulling away from the arm. One of the arms wicker was damaged as well. Tried calling the online order number left 4 messages , never got a call. Would only communicate via email. Finally got the pieces replaced, but it took another full month. Well guess what, now summer is over. Thanks for the crappy sevice and communication from GW. I used to think this company was better than Art Van. But nope they are all the same. Take your money. Give you a crappy product and make you do the running around to try and get it fixed. I guess if i want crappy service and damaged items I'll just shop at Big Lots for furniture.

Staff always wonderful, helpful and honest

Had issues with a dresser being damaged at initial delivery. Drivers left the mirror here and took the dresser back. Next day, drivers didn’t arrive at my house until 9:45 pm, with the new dresser, and said they couldn’t put the mirror on because the first driver didn’t leave the brackets to attach it! They came back out the next evening with the brackets, but had the wrong screws! No communication here! Luckily, they went out to their truck and found some hardware that worked! Also the initial driver did not screw down all the boards on the bed frame. Only did every other board on one side!

Very quick drop off and on time once the product was in the store. The ordering process was a complete mess and a joke. More issues with the dining set rather than the couch but the delivery men were high quality.

Even when I wasn't home on time for the delivery, the team was able to wait an hour for me to arrive! Even though I'm sure it's a rare circumstance for this to be possible, I'm extremely pleased with their willingness to try and work with me. They setup bed frames quickly and moved everything in without scratching anything. Thanks again

Awesome in store service. Delivery the next day, fantastic! And the delivery guys and the fast and efficient setup of my bedroom set is greatly appreciated.

Send delivery truck to house without asking me about delivery date. Couldnt accept as I had a student with me. Would love to actually speak to a human when I call about delivery instead of leaving message on machine. Still no delivery date.
