Best sales and delivery teams!

Jinie Guest and the Gardner-White team helped my family pick out furniture that matches our new house wonderfully! Jinie spent a lot of time, going from room to room, making sure everything was perfect. I really appreciated the way the order was organized to help during installation, allowing the two installers (Clayton and Dean) to speedily get everything in place for us! Snags from the way the house was laid out were handled well thanks to Jinie being available and the expertise of the installers! This is now my third major renovation using Gardner-White, and I am really pleased with the continued support of the Auburn Hills giant store and super staff!

Salesman was new and nice, but he ordered the wrong sectional. So it took two deliveries.

Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable. Choosing a mattress is not an easy thing. He laid out all the facts on mattresses. He helped us make an informed decision to select a new mattress.

Shane is a cool and funny salesman. He offers so many possible choices within our budgeted range. He is cool with my quite broken English, & kinda attentive with my son. He also consults us on offers from the G-W website. So, it is a nice visit to Gardner-White. Thanks & thumbs up for Shane.

I went into the store a few days ago to see my options on a new mattress, the salesman was very knowledgeable. After shopping around a bit we went back into the store to purchase the mattress. I was in the store maybe 20 minutes with the completion of my mattress. It was delivered same day. The delivery guys were very professional and in and out in 10 minutes! Highly recommended!

I recently purchased a mattress and had a wonderful experience; that's what prompted me to return and make another purchase but this time the experience was terrible. I purchased a dinette set and it was supposed to be delivered next day between 4pm & 7pm. I didn't receive it until 8:30pm and the set up was terrible; my chairs wobble and my glass on the table had scratches in it. The guys who delivered it offered no apologies or explanation as to why they were late. Terrible service

After a little hiccup in the delivery, everything went perfectly. Erica did a fantastic and fast job of getting everything together. Mike and Ray completed the delivery and put the bed together in a timely fashion. They were both so polite. Even dealing with my grandson supervising, lol. They all finished with high fives. My grandson was on top of the world with the bunk bed.

Very fast efficient set up but missing an under bed light.

Just purchased a sectional from Gardner white. It’s gorgeous and comfortable. They delivered it the next day. Delivery was great. They were careful not to bang the walls when bringing it in!

I wouldn't even rate this company a 1 star. I WAS a customer but will never be again after the treatment my brother got as a new customer. Didnt receive his couch set that cost a lot of money until after midnight and didnt come with all the parts. My brother went into the store to get the parts and totally mistreated. They wouldn't talk to him at first and told him he would need to drive to another store and he couldn't have the display pieces because another customer might buy it. They want to treat a POTENTIAL customer better than their ACTUAL customer. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever. I would buy from someone else if I were you. Good luck.

Great service from our salesman Tim Mayo at the Auburn Hills, MI location. He really knows his stuff about mattresses. Mattress was delivered in 2 days. We love it!
