United States | 03 September 2019Did like when I asked the sell guy about the return policy he gave me only half truth - he did tell me it would’ve a 25% restocking fee . Ex my furniture deliver sun 9-1-19 The dining room set was not durable or sturdy so my sell man say you have 7 days to return . He did not mention and a restocking fee. Now , on the same day of delivery I called the store and say please return my item . I they said it wil $108.00 restocking fee written in the contract. My salesman his bad for not knowing this.

United States | 03 September 2019I had a horrible experience with gardner white. I was informed that my head and foot board wouldnt arrive until the middle or end of September items on back order. I was to receive a chest dresser and mirror with a night stand. I did not receive my night stand upon delivery. Gardner white did not call me to inform me that the night stand would be on back order, I received notice by the delivery guy. I will never shop at gardner white again. First experience last experience.

United States | 03 September 2019Our salesman was great and the store staff was as accomodating as possible. Our salesman, Jerry, helped us pick the best mattress for our needs. We ran into some issues with delivery not happening as expected but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. The delivery staff did a great job and seemed knowledge about the product as well.

United States | 03 September 2019I bought a Cabernet dining table. As soon as they delivered it, I found a scratch on the glass top and also they delivered three different kinds of chairs. It seems like a floor sample but I paid for the new item. I called to inform and they said that the salesperson Ms. Breyonna will call back. It’s third day but no one called me. Now when I am trying to call, it’s connecting me to general voice mail box. I am not happy with this service and want a new set delivered as soon as possible.

United States | 03 September 2019i scheduled delivery for saturday morning. i got a notification sunday as i'm out of town that they will deliver my furniture that day. I tried calling back to cancel the delivery, but was only able to leave a message. The next contact i had was a text stating they were 10 minutes away. i wasn't able to respond via text or email and of course no one was home on the holiday weekend to accept delivery. that's poor customer service and caused unnecessary stress while on vacation.

It was raining lightly and the two men who delivered the couch covered it and also laid down a cover to keep floor from getting wet. We were pleased with the whole part of our purchase.

Our salesman never told us or pointed out that same day was between 4pm and 11pm. plus your order tracker never would show a map and at 12 midnight the order was no longer there.

United States | 02 September 2019The delivery men didn’t try hard enough yo find a way to get my couch into the house. They got through the doorway and just said it wouldn’t fit. From what I was told they are required to do everything they can do try to get the furniture into the house without damaging it. I waited over two and a half hours for delivery. I feel there could have been more attempts to try and get the couch into my condo.
