I have bought furniture before but never from Gardner White and I must say it was a great experience, Kyle C was amazing and knowledgable about all the products. She worked at making sure I said within my budget. I truly happy with my purchase and I have recommended that people check out the store out if they haven't they definitely won't be disappointed.

3 stars for now . I had a terrible experience several years ago purchasing a sectional and vowed never to shop at your store again. Fast forward to today and I needed an affordable bedroom set for my daughter and I’m giving you guys another chance. It’s not in stock seems to be your MO😡😡😡. If you advertise same day delivery mean it!!!!! Not 3 weeks later. Very unprofessional. Now I’m sure my response won’t be included in this drawing for the $1000.00 prize!!

My Mom did the shopping for me and picked out the COLLEEN 4/6 BED SET for my 8yr old Daughter...I was very pleased with the style, color, durability and quality of the BED...Also the Delivery Team was very professional, on time with the three hour window, quick in getting the bed set up, Polite and Courteous...I had a Awesome Experience!!!!

The buying experience was ok. We did not get the exact mattress we wanted but the one we eventually purchased is very close to the one we wanted. Salesman was helpful.

They brought my couch and couldn’t fit it to the door and ended up taking it back to the store without asking me since I wasn’t there. and they didn’t attach my Mirror securely. They also lowered the slats on my bed way too low and now it’s stuck like that. The delivery driver Were nice but couldn’t do the job. So disappointed.

They get everything done in a timely manner if and they try their best to get it done the right way and satisity the customer

I ordered a pretty bedroom set and I love the look, but the quality isn’t the greatest. The slats broke apart a couple days later.

Cory and Jon were amazing! They were super fast and great personality! Answered questions throughly and made sure everything was perfect before leaving!

We were very impressed with the way Dan the sales manager in Brighton handled the sale of our mattress and the exchange. We'd recommend Dan to be promoted to a store manager and or a raise for great customer service. He's a people person and knows how to treat customers and make a sale were it benefits the customer as well as Gardner White.

Very first time visiting and purchasing at your store and very satisfied with the quality.

We were treated fairly and no pressure all through the shopping process. When it came time to open an account, the wait was ridiculous, the salesperson took a phone call, we waited at least 20-30 minutes to complete the order and leave. My email address wasn't properly written so I had to call back to make sure that all information was correct.
