It was all around an easy and great experience. I just moved into an apartment. I was looking for a very specific color scheme along with a specific size (being that I live in a 1 bedroom apartment). I was able to find everything I needed to furnish my apartment completely in a couple of hours. Also, delivery (along with assembling everything) was quick, easy & professional by the employees that came to help.

They're was a backorder on my furniture. The company never called, emailed or texted me to let me know how long the delay might be. I waited 1 & 1/2 months for the furniture to come in and I called them.

If all of your employees showed the same interest and competence as Mike in your delivery department, I would be very pleased with Gardner White. So I am giving this 5 stars to Mike. After 5 months of miscommunication, missing or wrong material and lack of feedback or callbacks, Mike came to our house, took measurements, had material made and returned to finally put together our custom order bed. What was so unique about Mike was that he called before he came, was professional while in our house and kept us apprised of his progress. He was also loyal to your company which made it harder for me to dislike your company as much as I wanted to. With all said and done, I love the bed, but hope to never go through such anguish and frustration again. Thanks, Mike.

Today the young men that delivered my furniture were excellent in every way very kind polite and an asset it to your company Everyone at Gardner-White is fabulous in every way possible especially my salesman friend Anton he goes above and beyond to help me and I am forever thankful❤❤❤

I waited all day for my couch to be delivered. When the couch showed up, the wrong side chase was delivered, thus it was not the correct piece I needed. However, myself and the delivery people examined the receipt of my purchase and noticed that the chase piece was input incorrectly. The model number showed "RAF" instead of "LAF". I have been told that I will be receiving the correct piece today, but will need to wait for another 3 hour window.

Since I cannot locate my original review I will write another. Gardner White values one thing, YOUR MONEY. That is the bottom line. Your time means nothing to them. It took several days for them to get my delivery right and each time we spoke with a manager they apologized and did absolutely nothing else. They made promises and assurances that they could not make or chose not to. I lost my whole weekend, was late to my daughter's birthday party and missed a day of work to get an "I'm Sorry". THAT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I wish I would have simply taken the time to read all of the real reviews - Don't trust their so-called 4-star rating on their web page. Trustpilot and sites like these are designed to pull the positive reviews forward and leave off the negatives. If you want to really know how their customers feel about them and how terrible their service is, go to their Facebook page or to: p.i.s.s.e.d consumer dot com, Yelp or corporate office hq dot com While you're at it, go to Glassdoor and read how their employees feel about working there. Update: Thankfully, between Josh and Lewis, we were furnished a positive solution to this ordeal and they did their due diligence to make things right. Thank you both for the time and attention that you gave to resolving my concerns.

Our new loveseat fits perfectly in our home. We love the comfort and color. The salesmen, Anthony and Thomas, did a great job explaining all of the features and options as well as details of the construction. They were both easy to talk to and remained available to answer all of our questions without making us feel pressured to make an immediate decision. We will definitely look for these guys whenever we need to make any additional purchases. The delivery process was also outstanding. We received notification in the morning as promised and we were able to track the delivery progress throughout the day. The delivery team were very prompt, polite and courteous and took great care to make sure that nothing was damaged in the process.

Great experience and friendly environment. The delivery was quick and simple. I gave 4 stars because my chest and dresser was on back order and the salesman failed to initially inform me of this matter upon us making our final decision to buy. I really love the set. It is sturdy and snazzy. I will definitely recommend to a friend.

The shopping experience was great. Dominic at the Novi store was very good to work with. The delivery was difficult due to construction but the furniture movers persisted at my request to get the furniture into my place.

Good in store experience. Sales rep was nice and not pushy. Delivery went well except one item wasn't in stock. They are working hard to resolve this issue. As long as they make this situation right I will continue to purchase through them.
