Two chairs and table were delivered damaged. Drivers took items back. Unsure of when the items will actually be delivered.

Great sales and same day delivery experience

This was truly my worst experience with a delivery from anywhere. My delivery date was originally set for Friday August 30th. I tried online repeatedly to get the scheduled window, but nothing showed until about 1pm. The window was 2-5pm. After 5pm, I looked again and it was changed to 3-6pm. By 6pm, I had to leave for work so I asked my husband to wait for them. He called me after 8pm because they never called and they never showed up. I worked a 12hr shift Thursday night and I could not sleep because I was trying to find out when to expect the delivery. Finally, I called Customer Service at the main office and I was told that my date was changed to the following day 1-4pm. I went online and discovered the time was changed again to 3-6pm. So now, they've ruined the Saturday of my Holiday weekend. At last, the Mattress Set is delivered at 4pm and they sent the WRONG FOUNDATION. I'm very upset by now, and I feel that I should receive some kind of compensation because you guys did not fulfill our contracted agreement and I'm the one who has suffered the consequences. I would like to speak to someone in upper management personally, to try to resolve this matter amicably. Thank you, Ramona Avery.
