United States | 01 September 2019Gardner-White Store was very clean, salesman very well dressed and courteous. They were not high pressured as we have experienced in other furniture stores. Our salesman Tony listened to what we were looking for and helped us find what we could afford within our budget. With his help were able to purchase the bed we were looking for plus two additional pieces of furniture to finish our family room. He arranged delivery for the same day so we could enjoy our purchases that evening. We were notified by the delivery men on approximate time for delivery and later updated the time as they were on their way. They removed the old mattress’s snd set up our new bed and cleaned up and removed all of the wrapping. They were very professional also. We look forward to making future purchases with Gardner-White.

United States | 01 September 2019Sales was great, 5 stars Delivery guys were great . 5 stars Only problem was that hardware was wrong for 1 of the 3 beds so.... overall really good but since the hardware was messed up, stuff on back order, seems like a drawn out process. But it is busy season and President Trump has this economy booming. So more money, more sales. Less inventory which creates more jobs. Anyway. I was a ArtVan guy but i will not be going there ever again. Gardener White is my new spot. I love the quality.

Ordered online the night before and sent an email to change the delivery date and received a quick response, they were very accommodating, and everything worked out perfectly. We could even track the driver. I loved the whole process. We would definitely order again, and I think I read that the delivery could be free next time.

Day of delivery, i received a message of delivery window, called them back to try and change time, was unable to change time, no one answered my calls or responded to messages.
