A great porcelain tile at a good price (£19.99 / m). The tiles aren't heavy, making them easy to handle. The shipping was excellent, with a fork lift truck, with the tiles being placed at the end of our long drive. The tiles were securely packed, in packs of two, and wrapped in card board.

Was not to sure how many bricks to order, phoned customer service, was very helpful, telephoned back within minutes and told me how many bricks would be required to complete work.

Excellent service, I will order again and request a sample first as I was expecting a dark grey and they arrived lighter shade, I called to check I had the correct ones and they are, they offered to swap or return but I was more than happy with them especially with the low price and actually look better than what the darker shade would have.

Confirmation of delivery date was slow. The tile quality was also average. Customer service is good, whenever I called there was no wait time.

Cheapest price Free and quick delivery. Wasn't at home for delivery but slabs were left on the drive exactly where I wanted them. Will definitely order from Simply Paving again.

I'm very happy with the pavers. They were exactly as described online. The pallet arrived well packed and the lead time exceeded my expectations. All in all it was a flawless transaction and I'm a very happy customer. Would definitely recommend.

First of all the product I ordered much cheaper than big DIY stores. Very easy to order and supplied within 10 days.

Don’t buy Old Town Eco. Substandard product not fit for purpose. The original old town was an excellent hard wearing product. The new eco version is not. The pigment layer is wafer thin and can be removed with a yard brush and cold water from a bucket. Less than one year on and I can see the speckled substrate below. Bradstone want all sorts of receipts and to know how they were laid. All diversionary tactics. .. the product is poor, its aesthetic advantage and York Stone look will not endure. Terrible. I feel as if I have been “had” This review is no reflection on Simply Paving. I did not buy my Old Town Eco from them, BUT as they are owned by Aggregate industries, who in turn own Bradstone who make this product. I feel it is important that issues such as mine are visible to both the public and the hierarchy within the PLC that produces, markets and sells this product

Great communication, great service, delivery on time

Deborah from their customer service team helped me choose flagstones matching some that I have down already and arranged for samples first. Ordering was then easy online and the stones arrived quickly and safely. Unfortunately ran into an issue with the actual stones delivered by Bradstone, since these did not match the samples Bradstone had provided earlier. Deb then tried to track down matching older batch stones from other depots which was unsuccessful unfortunately. The stones were then collected back and a refund processed very quickly. Excellent customer service all throughout.
