Product arrived damaged due to a damaged pallet with a new one being placed under it leaving me with the issue of trying to remove the product without it falling over. About 20% of the product was chipped and had edges missing from where the original pallet had been damaged due to a fork lift I suspect. Received a phone call and was offered credit or replacement for damaged slabs. Very happy

Never received a tracking number or confirmation of a delivery date so had to chase after 5 days. Once I spoke to someone, I was promised a delivery on the following Tuesday. On the Tuesday morning I received a phone call telling me that the lorry broke down and I would get the delivery the following day. Website stated that any order over 3 pallets would have either a hiab or Moffatt to off load. I stated in the notes that this would be required as it was a residential delivery and was then met with a lorry and drag unit. The product is good but the service and customer care is very different from that advertised on the website. Wouldn’t use this firm again and will use my local builders merchant for any future requirements.

Love the warm golden colour of the Ashbourne York Gold patio pack and the rustic feel created by the riven texture and varying sizes. Fast delivery and managed to make a garden wall planter from the pallet they arrived on! Great product at a great price.

Perfekt service 👍 The driver was slightly unprepared to drive the wheelchair to my door. The driver should have a small ramp for high curbs. My wife told the driver to put a wooden beam under the stroller, which was lying on the sidewalk nearby, and lean the beam against the curb. Unfortunately, the driver had no imagination. Cannot complain about price ... Best I could find anywhere. Delivery absolutely shocking. Don't be fooled by delivery information available ... 'Rest assured that there is almost no location that we have been unable to deliver to. If you have a difficult location, usually a combination of a different delivery vehicle and a little extra time will generally result in a successful delivery' That equates to being dumped on a shared driveway and being hand carted to desired location by hand.

Made a decent sized order and agreeing on a delivery date to the agent over the phone, the order didn’t arrive, was told somewhere between themselves and the suppliers the email went missing 🤷‍♂️.After a full day of sorting out another delivery date for an afternoon delivery my good arrived while I was out on the morning,so I had to drop what I was doing and hurry back home,would have hoped for better organisation

Bought a pack of indian sandstone. They look great. Fantastic value. 2 stone broke in transit and they replaced them straight away with 3 new ones

Really good speed of delivery, lovely tiles however sadley 2 were chipped.
