Rather expensive for the product, especially when carriage is included.

I recently had an order that was put through in 2 parts, so I was charged delivery, separately they was under £300 but jointly it was £450. Simply Paving has now rectified this error and offered me a refund, they have sorted this out promptly for which I am very grateful. Their website has has a vast selection of materials which is sometimes hard to find locally, at reasonable prices, I highly recommend checking it out, I found them with a Google search very easily

Product is very good. Unfortunately Simply Paving created two identical orders. One was delivered on Friday and one on Monday. Unfortunately the driver did not alert me to the fact that he was delivering 1 tonne of bricks on three pallets (I was home each time). Even more unfortunate is that the 2nd (repeat) delivery was placed in front of my garage door thus preventing me from being able to move my car. In spite of an urgent phone call on Monday, collection was not made until Thursday! I did offer to purchase part of the 2nd order in an effort to minimise the company's loss. I did expect to be offered maybe a 2% discount in order to cover the difficulties I had experienced. My contact refused this suggestion, saying that they had lost a lot on the contract and business is business. Fortunately her manager got involved and said that I could have the parts free of charge. We all make mistakes and it is how one deals with these errors that is important. One can make more bonus points by dealing with an error in a prompt and sympathetic manner. Well done the manager

Ordered 9 slabs, they delivered 1 extra, but 2 of the slabs had damaged corners. Also the light grey colour is much lighter than on the photos.
