Great range of products and prices followed up by great service from the Simply Paving Team. Sadly the delivery company let them down. The 850kg bag of Cotswold Stone chippings and the Cotswold Stone Circle were delivered on pallets which had to be left on the pavement in front of my house. The surface of my drive way is stone chippings making it impossible to push the pallet truck with the heavy loads over the surface of the drive way. I had on broken slab on delivery which was resolved without any fuss. My one big complaint is having to pay delivery charges for the central belt of Scotland (not the Highlands) and the delivery company giving us no choice when it was being delivered just an email telling us it was on it's way. On the plus side they were very good at rescheduling delivery as I had a funeral on the day of delivery. Otherwise I would have no hesitation in recommending Simply Paving.

Excellent service, on time

We love our new patio slabs! They were late being delivered but we were contacted by phone, a lovely lady!! To let us know about the delay. She let us know when the rearranged day was and they arrived that day. We had no broken slabs, the delivery driver was really nice and helpful. Dropped them off exactly where we asked him to. No complaints at all, so glad we chose these! Thank you

Good prices, good communication and a very helpful delivery driver

I ordered a full pallet of slabs and late on the day before I was told by Simply Paving that the courier had let them down and it wouldn't be delivered on the Friday but the Monday meaning the weekend when I could have laid the slabs would be wasted. SP were very helpful and got the delivery element of the cost refunded. I would use them again.

Excellent Customer Service and fast delivery at advised time and date. There was a problem with one item being delivered short but this was very quickly resolved and the missing item received in 24hours.
