Went to your store looking for quality furniture. Ordered 2 lovely leather chairs. 6 to 8 weeks to make. Advised us when the chairs were ready to be delivered. We had a very good experience. Everything they said they carried out.

I am writing this review as an update on my previous review of 1star. First of all I would like to thank the darling of chelsea team for a quick response to my review. The lady that spoke with me was very polite and caring and sympathised with me and assured me of a solution to my problem and truely within 2days someone was sent to my house to inspect the Sofa. The man was very friendly and respectful. He respected my space and spoke kindly to me after listening to my worries. He then inspected the Sofa and went to his car to get the right tools to come and fix the Sofa. Although not all the problems were resolved, the most crucial part which was the material coming off was resolved and was rest assured that it won't come off again so fingers cross. My only concern was the confortability of the Sofa which couldn't be resolved, however it seems there is nothing that can be done about it. It seems with the style of the sofa and the materials used thats how its going to be. I was advise by the repairer to shuffle the cushions around and flip them periodically to help soften evenly. I gave 4star not because I am fully satisfied with the repairs but because everyone that attended to me was polite and showed concern of my problem with the sofa and attended to my needs urgently which to me shows that the company care about their customers. My sofa is beautifully crafted. The design, colour and style of it is everything that I wanted and I just hope that I will be able to enjoy it from now onwards. Beautiful sofa, great customer service and excellent delivery - on time helpful and tidied up.

Beautiful sofa and ready sooner than expected. Only issue is you get very short notice of when sofa is ready for delivery and then little choice of delivery slots- so a challenge if you work full time and don't want to be 'fined' a storage fee if you aren't able to fit in to delivery company schedule.

Do not use this Company under any circumstances, they hide huge costs in their T & C's

20% charge on any item if returned. Darlings of Chelsea experience was frustrating - spent £2,350 on a bed - there was no consultation on delivery offered once ordered online. Bed appeared 8 weeks later and was advised could not get up the stairs. They offer a split service where the bed is split and reupholstered for an extra £650. Annoying - but fine. Then told the split delivery cannot be done on our bed. It took 2 weeks to come to this conclusion after initial delivery attempt, speaking to 4 people sales executives who never rang me back and could only email one person for a response. Still have to pay £457 + £75 delivery charge for the pleasure of this experience because in the T&C it says it can charge you 20% of your order value despite saying nothing on the websites FAQs. Misleading! Would have not ordered from them if I was aware of this 20% charge.

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff and fabulous quality sofa

I am totally delighted with my new ‘Darlings of Chelsea’ sofa bed. It’s comfortable both as a sofa and as a bed. The cover is a delightful colour and of excellent quality. Thank you very much!

The sofa bed in the show room was so soft and comfortable. The sofa bed delivered was very uncomfortable. The seating area is not flat. The cushions are v hard and lacking in padding. The bed does not fold flat. I have started to talk to the showroom but not v helpful. A very expensive item. An extremely disappointing experience so far.

We are really pleased with our Peyton Sofa Bed. Great quality. Both the sofa and the bed are very comfortable.

Arrived in good time in good condition and happy with purchase. Would have been 5 Star but I was surprised that the seat covers and backs did not come wrapped. Rainy day when we received delivery so driver had to run from the road up my drive where I was waiting to minimise rain water on the covers. Bit of plastic would solve the problem.

Really easy to order the items on the website. Good follow-up from Sales Team. Delivery was on time and the delivery team were very careful.

We ordered some sofas. The order process was straightforward. They came when they said they would. They were what we ordered. The delivery team were very considerate of our carpets. They seem to be as substantial as we'd hoped. We are happy. 'nuff said? We would buy from Darlings again.

They made what is often a very stressful service and absolute joy. Moving team were very professional and efficient working in a tight staircase. Will definitely use again!
