Ordered online which was easy. However had some queries before delivery and found the staff not particularly engaged when called. The actual delivery people were excellent both on the 'phone and in person. The sofa and chair that we ordered were not of the level of quality we had anticipated and the sofa is frankly uncomfortable. Too upright, not deep enough in the seat and the cushions far too firm. We took a risk not going to the showroom in person. A lesson learnt.

Brilliant company. I ordered a sofa from another company in late Jan and found out in late March that their 8 week lead time had morphed into a non commital possible early June. I’d been without seating for six weeks by this stage so I looked at Darlings and was lucky to find just what I needed in their sale section. Not only did I get a bargain but they also took the order on Friday and delivered it on Monday. And it’s GORGEOUS. Well done Darlings. You have a fan. Special thanks to Sonya for all her help.

Sharif at the Parsons Green branch was great. Answered all our questions patiently and was very knowledgeable.

We had a long delay with our corner sofa, which was a little frustrating, having our initial fabric choice discontinued (due to fabric issues) and then our subsequent choice delayed (out of stock) having to make a third choice. The good... lots of fabric choices and the sofa has really matched our expectations on style and quality and we were always kept in the loop by Bruno at Ash Vale, even though he was generaly the bearer of bad news! Delivery was hassle free and FOC as a gesture of good will for the extended lead time. Bonus: Great Ginger Beer and Coffee in the showroom.

We bought three sofas from Darlings of Chelsea. In the showroom at Ash Vale, Esmée was very helpful, taking the time to show us all the options, including all the different fabrics, without being pushy. Communication about delivery dates was timely. We had one small issue with one of the sofas. This is where you see a company's commitment to customer service. The issue was immediately acknowledged, and a solution was quickly established, with a furniture engineer coming to resolve the issue. The products aren't cheap, but I firmly believe that you get what you pay for.

We are delighted with our custom sofa bed and footstool from Darlings of Chelsea! We had very specific requirements for our new sofa bed as our space is quite small. We were concerned we might not find the perfect thing and would have to make some compromises. However, the Darlings team couldn’t have been more helpful. When we visited their show room they were very patient with talking us through the range and discussing our options. In the end we chose the Weymouth sofa bed which they were able to make custom size to fit our space perfectly. We also went with a custom size footstool to match the sofa which doubles up as a storage box. A great product and service. I would highly recommend!

Love our new Kendal sofa (3.5 seater), better than I hoped for. Ordering straightforward and emailed to make sure I was happy with the order. About 8 weeks before delivery which was sooner than expected. Delivery company were great. A positive experience all round. Thank you.

Great service and wonderful product

I placed an order in October and got my sofa on the 20 of February. During the 6-8 weeks waiting time my husband went twice to the showroom in parsons green to ask for an update and they told him everything was fine and on time. Only two days before the delivery date ( December 8) they send an email telling that the fabric was out of stock and the sofa could not be delivered. Than they send another email saying the fabric was in stock but there was Christmas and the sofa could not be done on time, because the factory was closed. In the meantime my children were sitting on the floor because we have just moved in a new house and we did not have a sofa. After phone calls every day, they agreed to deliver a loan sofa. The loan sofa took 14 days to arrive. It was a nightmare. Beginning of January they said my sofa will be a peiority and I don’t have to wait long for it to be delivered. This was not true as they made me wait another 6 weeks. Finally I got my sofa on the 20 of February. Costumer service is a joke in this shop. They never keep you updated, and if anything wrong with the order you have to call and ask them every day. If you want great customer service and a sofa delivered on time please go to Loaf, they are amazing.I ordered the beds from them and I highly recommend them, amazing company who really care about their customers.
