Great products and quality. However slightly chaotic on the delivery and process as the quote had to be confirmed few times as they kept referring to a different products size and format. Also delivery dates was confirmed pre Xmas them cancelled due to supplier raw material delay.... and rebooked for new year. Then the 3rd part delivery company turned up on the original date to deliver the correct , fully finished sofa. good news but lucky we were available. All together it is a good outcome but be cautious on the details... In case.

Brilliant. We went to the showroom in Birmingham and ordered our sofa bed. We absolutley love it! We had a small mishap with the wrong feet being on the sofa when it arrived but it was resolved quickly. It's so comfortable and everyone always compliments it. We'd use these guys again for sure!

Everything about our experience of buying a sofabed from Darlings of Chelsea was exceptional. The customer service was always very good, the sofabed itself is of excellent quality and it was delivered several weeks early too! Would definitely shop from them again

Paid nearly £4k for a sofa guaranteed for Christmas, including paying extra for removable arms to ensure that delivery access was not an issue. Requested an ETA for delivery so that we can plan for Christmas, but couldn't get a concrete date, so stayed in London until the date they initially said - just got a notification in the week before saying they only had one slot available literally 2 days before the last working day before Christmas. When I asked Darlings of Chelsea to schedule an alternative date, the customer representative missed the deadline for requesting this in time to make a difference and then went on annual leave, so was left with no other option but to travel back to London whilst heavily pregnant. The day of delivery itself was also a total shambles - delivery person did not call in advance with a 20-minute heads-up as they promised, so interrupted a work call. They damaged the doorframe on delivery and ripped the sofa because the sofa was delivered with the arms on in spite of us paying extra to ensure this wasn't an issue. When I raised a complaint, I was told this couldn't be resolved before Christmas (which is what had been guaranteed) because senior management/manufacturers etc. were now away for the festive season and had to wait 2 weeks. As a courtesy, I waited to see what the final proposal would be to remedy the huge inconvenience caused as a result of the multiple failings from Darlings of Chelsea. I still haven't been given a clear timeline as to when the sofa will be repaired but expecting this won't be at least until end of January - which is extremely stressful given at I am at the end of my third trimester of pregnancy, even though Xmas delivery was guaranteed. They have offered to arrange their own handyman in to fix the damage to the doorframe which isn't helpful - as if I would trust any further contractors they use after this experience. After waiting for 2 weeks, the goodwill gesture is some flowers and £178 - highly insulting given the sheer inconvenience caused and breach of contract, and the fact this won't be fixed at least another month, probably longer based on the other reviews I have seen here. Would not recommend Darlings of Chelsea to anyone going forwards and will be picking this up under a formal complaints policy with the Furniture Ombudsman and my credit card provider.

We are delighted with the high quality of the two piece sofa we purchased recently. The showroom had such a wide range of choice. In terms of quality the adage you get what you pay for applies.

Awaiting delivery Order No: 100043746 Date: 16/11/23 1x Barking King Storage Ottoman 1x Wokingham King Headboard Reading some reviews, we await our purchase with some trepidation but still hopeful. Timeframe offered was 8-10 weeks. Apparently our goods were ready the week before Xmas, but we were not contacted, in fact all contact with “Darlings” has been instigated by us. However, once Atlas their delivery and installation company are back to work Tuesday 2/1/24 “I can phone them” to arrange the delivery. We have not purchased from “Darlings of Chelsea” before, this is our first experience with them, they are pleasant people to deal with but reactive not proactive. Anticipating our new ottoman divan king bed base and headboard ……. UPDATE: 3/1/24 pm The company request that we reserve two dates for delivery, they split our order, Friday 5/1/24 from “Empire” and Monday 8/1/24 from “Atlas”. This would not work for us, two days off work to accept delivery of one order seemed unreasonable. And which fitter would be responsible to assemble the end product too? We are bewildered at such an odd proposal. Further communication, “Darlings of Chelsea” agreed to bring our goods together under their roof and make one delivery date: Monday 8/1/24. I say to their sales representative “I wish we hadn’t placed the order” but remain hopeful. Awaiting delivery ….. DELIVERY DAY MONDAY 8/1/24 On time! On installation, the mattress conflicted with the headboard when opening the ottoman. The fitters said, “it needs spacer connections to enable clearance”, they also informed us “you need heavier duty pistons to handle the lift”. Spacer connections and replacement pistons were sent some days later via FEDEX 10/1/24 c ONE FITTER revisited us 23/1/24 But said “this is a TWO MAN JOB, I cannot fit the spacers or change the pistons”. So, after a hideous delay of 9 weeks plus counting and wasted time off work waiting for contractors we STILL DO NOT HAVE THE FINAL PRODUCT INSTALLED SATISFACTORILY . As it stands we cannot in fairness recommend this company to anyone. Please do something to restore our confidence in Darlings of Chelsea and as you said in your first reply some weeks back, “put things right” for us. FRIDAY 26/1/24 After 6:30 pm two fitters arrive, they take just 15 minutes to assemble the king size bed, headboard and ottomans side opening base with the new spacers at the headboard end and replacement pistons. Voila, the base opens smoothly and clears the headboard as it opens, JUST AS IT OUGHT TO HAVE BEEN IN THE FIRST PLACE. Darlings of Chelsea managed to achieve the desired result in the end but they will never have our custom again.

Stole my leftover fabric, delivered late, sent the wrong feet. I provided my own fabric and asked for the remnant to be returned to me. First they excessively overestimated the fabric required for a small armchair (almost twice as much as a different upholsterer required). Then they refused to return the remnant because it was "less than half a metre" I can sew: there's no way there was so little fabric left and frankly even if there was, they should have returned it with the chair since it was mine and I'd paid for it. The chair arrived weeks late and with the wrong feet. I'm still waiting for the new feet which won't arrive until months after the chair.

Absolutely love my new sofa. Fantastic range and the quality is the best. I was given excellent advice to help choose what would be best suited for us especially with detailed information of the fabrics for my little doggy. Received amazing customer service from start to finish naming Chris and Amanda in particular for their above and beyond assistance. I would highly recommend this company for their products and customer service.

The communication was good and the sofa was delivered on time. However this was the 3rd sofa I’ve bought and unlike the other two I must say that this recent purchase of a sofa bed has been disappointing. The cushions are horribly lumpy and uncomfortable to sit on. Haven’t used the bed yet but seriously hope it’s better for sleeping than sitting

High quality product and good customer service but the best thing about Darlings is the ability to go in store and test each sofa out! I don’t understand how people can spend thousands with the online-only providers on a sofa they haven’t sat on or unfurled. Also appreciated being able to borrow a big sample (rather than a swatch) so we could put it in the room to check the sofa colour would work when in a large format. Highly recommend

Absolutely stunning furniture. We’ve had a suite plus a sofa bed recently. They are beautifully made and look so luxurious. The delivery went super smoothly and the guys were extremely professional. We will be ordering more furniture.

We were looking for something specific so the piece we had was adapted to be more bespoke. It’s beautiful really pleased. If I could make any suggestion on improvement it would be a bit more notice of delivery - ours was ready in 6 weeks, we had been told 8-10 weeks, once ready we had 20 days to have delivered so bit of a rush to get rid of existing sofa. Totally worth it though.

UPDATE: I am upgrading this review and rating now. I was contacted by Customer Service Manager and they've offered to take back sofa and a full refund, or replace them completely with new ones. ================================ Just purchased two very expensive sofa's and the place is a rip off. First, you will notice there is no real customer service. Try getting hold of a staff on the phone in their London office (the one I tried anyway) and it is impossible. And they will tell you sale is on only for the next few days. There is almost a permanent sale. You will find you were duped into placing an order as "sale was about to end soon.." If you do get through then good luck. Eventually when you do to customer service and have issues you are in for a long ride. You won't get much of a prompt response from them and only excuses. Then when you get delivery, and you notice a fault, they will blame any faults on "pile pressure" i.e. during transit sofa's were piled up so fabric will have a crease against the woodwork. Then they will ask you to simply use a clothes brush and leave it for "3 days". Then you won;t be able to get hold of them for a while. Eventually they will schedule company called "Homeserve" to come and do the same i.e. use the clothes brush on the fabric. When that doesn't fix it, they will say it is "design specification" When you ask for terms and conditions for their warranty they won't send it to you. They simply ignore the email. And on the phone they will tell you your warranty starts on the day you place the order not when you receive the sofa's which could be 10 weeks after you placed the order! Would you trust a company to honour the warranty?! Take your pick! I will be reporting them to the office of fair trading etc. Don't fall for this expensive fraud. There are other places. PS, you might want to check out their "google reviews" which paints similar picture..wish I had done my research prior to this horrible experience!
