Good company - sofas delivered on time. No complaints - would use again and recommend to others

The company were really helpful from the start to the end, answering queries quickly and working with us to ensure delivery was in time for a family visit. The delivery team were super quick and helpful too. The sofa is lovely and comfy and the sofa bed is spacious and good quality, it was a great investment!

We went to the show room. The selection to test was great and they had the one we were there for. The staff were very helpful, accommodating and helpful. Our couches are beautifully made and super comfy. Highly recommend.

Beautiful sofas! We visited Sonia in the Solihull branch earlier in the year, who could not have been more helpful! Excellent service, with continual updates as we were renovating and had to move the date several times for delivery. The Banbury Grand Sofas we bought are so beautiful in the Peacock Blue cotton and the delivery guys were great. The helped put felt protection on the feet of the sofas and took all the packaging away. PERFECT

Our experience in the Darling's store could have been better - the person serving us seemed not to be particularly bothered. The two sofa's we ordered arrived within the specified timescale but two of the legs on one sofa were damaged. This was really disappointing taking into account the cost and the wait for delivery. The delivery company guys helpfully provided a temporary repair and although the problems were noted by them, there was no proactive follow-up by Darlings, nor any reply to me chasing email. It turned out that our named contact was no longer a Darlings employee, but their email address had not been shut down. However, they did rapidly and helpfully swing into action when they realised what had happened. All is now fine and we love our new sofas

Excellent service from placing order for two leather sofas at the Surrey store to delivery. Estimated delivery time 8-10 weeks, arrived in seven with very curteous delivery team.

All delivered on time as promised. Sofas very comfortable and look great. Footstool is a bit larger than we anticipated but all good.

We first saw Darlings of Chelsea onlie and visited the Chelsea/Fulham showroom at the first oppertunity. Akhila could not have been more helpful and the range of products of outstanding quality was so helpful that we changed or monds on what to buy. All the information on different farbics, cushions fillings and more was all there. No pressure and a pleasure to deal with and out Love Seat deliverd early.

Can’t fault the staff and customer care but the management team clearly have no regard for keeping customers happy. Our sofa has one very ill fitting seat cushion. A technician was sent and I wanted it noted that I was not satisfied by the outcome. You actually fall through the gap when sitting on the sofa! The management have no regard for their customers and as the technician didn’t log my unhappiness at the fix, they just told me it was fixed! I would never recommend them! Disgusted by their attitude towards customers. It would take very little to send a second technician to review it again but they have chosen not to.

Amazing quality corner sofa with complete comfort. From the start through to the delivery and installation the team have been professional and helpful. The sofa is definitely the wow factor in our family room now.
