Ordered a chenille mustard sofa after receiving a number of material samples, which came very quickly. I was advised of approx. number of weeks for delivery and was kept informed of developments throughout the period, which was very reassuring when you buy online. The sofa is gorgeous and super comfortable. I received an email to advise of delivery and a subsequent call to arrange a suitable date. On the day before delivery, I was contacted to advise of a time slot. Two really nice chaps came and delivered to first floor, shoes off- all very careful and clean. I am more than pleased with my purchase.

A great experience from start to finish. Easy to initiate the order. Kept well informed of progress. Great delivery service and a fantastic sofa. Really pleased with the comfort and quality. I will definitely return to Darlings for any future furniture needs.

Wonderful and very helpful customer support. We have ordered our sofa right before the NYE and the order has arrived after three weeks. It was incredibly quick. The sofa is absolutely amazing. The quality is wonderful, it is very comfortable and the material is absolutely beautiful. We are so happy to have such comfortable sofa. No more back pain. We have also ordered a foot stool. I highly recommend Darlings of Chelsea!

Our sofa wouldn’t go into the room we wanted it to so incurred extra expense to get it in through a window. Not entirely your fault but could have qualified more in purchase about the size and fit

Service in store and after sale by Keno (Parsons Green) was just right. We were kept informed of the status of our order throughout the process and the sofa itself, now it has arrived, is the most comfortable sofa we’ve ever had. We love it - and it arrived about a week before we were told to expect it, albeit the lead time was only 6-8 weeks.

Lovely bed - excellent quality. Outstanding service from lady who served me. Bed arrived several weeks before it was expected - despite email 2 weeks earlier giving a later delivery date. This meant I wasn’t ready as needed to dispose of old bed and paint bedroom. Delivery men very polite but they were going to leave with bed not properly put together - one side higher than other. They did put it right when I asked them a couple of times. However overall they were good just needed to be watched and checked.

I purchased my sofa last year, the service I received from Callum Lewis was exceptional, he was patient in the final asked a question and he was not sure he would go away and find the answer. I ordered the sofa during one of their sales, but I knew I did not want it delivered until about October, there was no problem Calum sorted that out for me. He kept me updated until the suite on on route, then called to see if I was happy. I let Calum know when I had a moving date, it was delivered the day after I moved in, the delivery company were also helpful & very polite. If you want a great product & excellent service go to Darlings of Chelsea near Guildford.

I would give zero stars if possible for the service. I paid for a clearance sofa in Dec 2023 and changed my mind and cancelled the purchase with Darlings of Chelsea and therefore no sofa has been delivered and no refund given. Despite chasing my refund, with the store, its manager and the finance department for 6 weeks (emailing 10 times/ tel calls 10 times) there is still no refund.

We received our Holland Corner sofa last week after much excitement and I couldn't be happier, it looks fantastic in our living room. We are pleased with the colour and is well made. If you have children I would recommend the stain resistant fabric, it has already lived up to expectation, with a spill from my 3yr old, which wiped off with a cloth. Thanks to Sherif and the team for all your help.

Amazing products, really poor customer service, and terrible post sales/delivery care. Eventhough I ordered my sofa to be delivered in December, the had is ready by mid October, and I had to pay almost £400 in storage fees. Customer service it was probably worse as if you are purchasing from a flat packed budget company, there is no communication after the sales team do their job in terms of manufacturing and delivery. For the cost of their products I was expecting a more personalised experience where we could have agreed on a delivery date that didnt cost me extra money. I am definetly wont be buying from the again.

I went to the showroom in Parsons Green, London to choose a sofa bed and liked the style of the Exmouth two seater. Unfortunately, this style is not in the showroom as a sofa bed only as a three seater sofa. I could test the bed mechanism, mattress and its comfort on another style of sofa and the bed has turned out to be as comfortable as I had hoped from testing it in the showroom. However, the same cannot be said about the sofa as a whole. On delivery, I noticed immediately that the bed mechanism hangs like an undercarriage very visibly underneath the sofa and was told by the delivery man that this will change as the mattress gets squashed with use which is nonsense. The bowels of the bed are hanging out. It is not a good sight from anywhere in the room and I would never have chosen this style (and therefore no sofa at Darling's as none of the other styles suit my environment) if the Exmouth sofa *bed* had been on display. This huge disappointment could be mitigated if the sofa were comfortable, but it isn't. Wherever I or anyone of my family sits, one isn't supported evenly by the cushions but 'hangs' towards the middle of the sofa. This means that the body has to work hard for the spine to stay upright but relaxed. We have to take the arm-rest cushions away and sit as close to the arm rests in order not to sit utterly uncomfortably because the body isn't supported. Clearly the seating cushions need to be redesigned to correct this fault and the designers have to find a way of hiding the 'undercarriage' that is the bed mechanism. I want to stress that my criticism is with the design and manufacture of the Exmouth sofa bed and the materials used for the seating cushions as well as not displaying the sofa bed so that customers can decide if they are deterred by the ugly design fault or not. The staff at the showroom were polite and helpful.

We are so in love with our new sofa (Kingly 3 seater with chaise in Elephant velvet). It’s beautiful and so comfortable. The delivery was seemless and they were so nice and professional. Contact with Darlings was also very easy.
