after the email server upgraded, my business email been affected, can not send and receive email, i have contacted more than 10 times through online chat, they still can not fix receive email issue, i lost a lot sales. i will swith to other email provider.

Use to be a good product, been with them for more than 10 years, but now they are just money suckers, I'm so unhappy with their service and product, they get your money and then don't care about the client, they charge for things and then keep adding more and more to your invoice, I will definitely get out of it once my licence with them expiries,
