Australia | 11 February 2025They are good for day to day operations, however it seems like every time they do an update to their servers they break something. We've lost hours or days in one case sorting out issues they have caused with the websites we've written. The most recent examples are overwriting the asp.net config file, silently making security changes that disabled the HTML to PDF generator one site used that required finding and implementing a replacement. Also numerous DNS errors and a web interface that can't be used to fix them.
