crazydomains. NO email forwarding or domain forwarding without a premium. Incorrect reporting of whois data. This mob is not cheap if you take into account their lack of free services unlike other hosters like ventraip or hostinger. I didn't bother to find out what else thy don't offer. I wonder how long it will take to get the whois records correct. Edit: whois has not been updated nor do I expect it to be. Even the support chat person, who is also a client, expressed her frustration with the company. She cited that management were informed of the shortfalls and ignored them. I expect no further "support" from a fake investigation cited in their reply.

The domain transfer process has been extremely frustrating. It should be possible to transfer the domain using the Domain Transfer Code/Authorization Code without needing to contact customer care. Currently, it feels like I need permission to transfer my own domain, which is not acceptable. In a recent case, I did not receive an email notification about the renewal reminder and couldn't find the domain in my panel to renew. Despite the domain expiry passing, the website remained live. When I raised a case asking to ensure zero downtime and to allow for domain renewal, the domain went down, and I did not receive timely or effective support. Due to issues with CrazyDomain's system/process, I did not receive the email, couldn't renew the domain in a timely manner, and experienced website downtime even after making the payment. This is not the first time I have faced this issue; it has happened twice in two years.

We trusted CrazyDomains to migrate our website, which had been running smoothly for years, to a new server. Unfortunately, as part of the migration, they made the decision to block certain critical file types without any prior notice or consultation. As a result, the website is now down and will require a complete rewrite to restore functionality. After waiting two weeks for a response, CrazyDomains' only reply was a vague apology, promising to 'do better next time.' This lack of accountability and the impact on our business is extremely frustrating.
