These guys are Dodgy. In my customer dashboard I have a few domains I registered but sat unused. I decided to not auto-renew and in the dashboard toggled that option. Then, I get a payment notification from PayPal saying I've been billed. I contacted them (Crazy Domains) via Chat, and was told too bad. You have to also opt out of auto-renew in your Wallet. Come on, surely if I opt out of auto-renew on the main dash then that should also mean I don't get billed. I mean how obvious. It's a scummy tactic to have multiple points where you must opt out. Other domain providers have just one...as it should be. Lucky for me, PayPal agreed with me when I disputed the payment and fully refunded. Message is, Crazy Domains is at best being opaque with their processes. Sure they have 4.5 rating...but check out how many rating ones they have. Avoid these guys.

I have a website hosted by Crazy Domains and having all sorts of errors since they changed (say upgrade but I assume down grade to save $) and contact the supports in the past a couple of weeks still no solution yet!

The migration of email server has made setting up emails a nightmare. As an end user we always prefer a friendly way to set up emails rather than going deep into the technical part. I spent an entire day just to set up email on one of my devices after hours of talking with your technician. Another thing is for some reason I had to prepay 3 years of fees to keep the domain while initially i set up an auto payment. I have now moved to google work place which is a lot simpler. I dont expect a refund but to think i have to go through the long process of setting up an email with crazy domain is really putting me off.

I've had website hosting with Crazy Domains for well over 10 years now and my recent interaction with Justine from the Tech Division reinforces why. I simply could not figure out why my emails where being rejected by other servers, it was doing my head in. So I call on a Sunday afternoon and he had it fixed in 5 minutes. Great guy, and very polite! Thanks Mate!

Appalling service: After contacting the guy below he has not gotten back to me. My situation is still unchanged. Forcing me to escalate to the CEO. I want to migrate my domain from Crazy Domains to another provider and they expect me to pay for their premium support to help me to do this. This service is free at other providers.
