We have been hosting our websites with Crazy Domains for many years and have appreciated the service in the past. However, we’ve recently experienced repeated server failures that have caused our websites to go offline, along with disruptions to our email system. As a small business, these outages have significantly impacted our operations, costing us valuable time and money. Unfortunately, this has led us to lose confidence in the reliability of your services, and at this stage, we cannot recommend Crazy Domains to others. We hope your team can address these issues and improve the stability of your servers for the benefit of other customers.

I had a bunch of complicated DNS record issues with several domains across 3 different platforms including Crazy Domains, Cloudflare and GHL. Geoff was super patient and walked me through all the records to fix my mistakes and get everything set up correctly. an absolute legend. And... I really appreciate Crazy Domains for their 24/7 support as its currently 21:20 AESD on a Sunday!! so thumbs up all around guys. :)

I bought 3 domains and when I went to modify the MX and TXT they were charging an extra $20 for each domain I bought to change this information. Very bad, if I had known I wouldn't have bought from them.
