I was a customer of Crazy Domains Australia for many years, with both a domain and hosting services. However, I stopped using their services years ago after switching to more reliable and reputable providers. Despite this, I continue to receive persistent and unsolicited emails urging me to renew services I no longer use. These emails often come with misleading warnings like “Quick Renew” or “Your Domain Certificate is Expiring,” despite Crazy Domains knowing full well that I have not been their customer for years. These practices feel predatory and unprofessional. I’ve reached the point where I feel compelled to warn others about this company’s approach. Their behavior is not only invasive but also reflects poorly on their business ethics. A quick glance at Trustpilot reviews reveals I am not alone in this experience. I’ve requested to have my contact details removed from their database, but the emails continue to arrive. If you’re considering Crazy Domains for your hosting or domain needs, I urge you to look elsewhere. Many reputable alternatives provide far better service without resorting to such aggressive and misleading tactics. I might add there is NO UNSUBSCRIBE LINK at the bottom of their emails. PLUS Noreply email addy Whats with that OMG This is a lesson learned for me—never again with Crazy Domains.

They will cut off your account access during renewal periods and not reply to customer service. Phone numbers that don’t work, customer service that don’t reply. Stay away at all costs

Crazy Domains AU is not being transparent and have hidden fees. Recently registered a domain and the customer service told me to buy the domain guard it will hide my personal info from being displayed in whois search, and once I purchased and did a whois search my info were public. Contacted support they say it's a requirements for holding a domain that your info will be public. Then, why ask me buy domain guard. Recently I wanted to add a txt record to my domain it doesn't allow you to do that. I reached support to get help, they have told me to pay 26 dollars to get premium dns service which will allow me to add txt records. I wasn't told during the registration process that there will be hidden costs. I personally wouldn't suggest crazy domain to anyone as they have hidden fees. You won't be able to transfer your domain either as you'd need to hold your domain for 60 days before you can transfer it. Crazy domain is not being transparent and have hidden fees. Hope this help you.
