Australia | 05 November 2024Oh WOW. They are PIRATES! Blackmailing Australian small Businesses to pay $$$ for their errors. Don't walk, RUN AWAY Our email accounts were blocked and the only option given to us to get them back up and running was to pay over $1000 for a new server. So today as we were sending out emails to job applicants all our email accounts got blocked after about 30 or 40 replies, "Arnel D" in their call centre told me it would take 6-9 hours to fix this due to an exceeded Max Deferrals error. I was then called by "Mark I" who told me not to worry and that he could have our emails up and running in 15min if we migrated everything over to a new server for a very special price of a little over $1000 ($40 something per month). This is ontop of the fees I am already paying for domain and email hosting. I said no, if you have the ability to fix my emails in 15min then FIX THEM now. Don't make me pay more money while you hold me to ransom. Im a small business that's now paying an employee to do nothing while I watch clients email me with no way to reply. Australia | 04 November 2024My website was hacked. Everything were deleted. The support team asked me to reupload the website, which I did, although they claim that they do backups! Anyway, since I re-uploaded the website, my shopping cart is not working. The problem was in mySQL database. I sent an email since 23 October 2024... no response, and even the ticket was not created. I called them yesterday, 3 November 2024, for resolution. They refused to resolve the problem, claiming it needs a web developer. They refused to document that by replying to the email I sent on 23 October 2024. mySQL issue remains unresolved. Amelie
