Jan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable I was not able to access my account nor my Webmail because of password issue. I also had a dialog box come up constantly on my Outlook looking for confirmation of password, when I entered my password correctly it kept saying it was incorrect. Jan found out that it was a server issue we were able to reset the same password (thank goodness) and that fixed everything. I do think you should email your customers when things like this happen.

automatically turned on auto renew, took many false payments, did not refund and DISABLED MY ACCOUNT when i tried to get support. Go with any other domain provider instead. scammers.

I had a rep cold call me asking about domains to be renewed. I say I have it in hand. We chat. Then he creates an invoice renew multiple domains, some for up to 5 years. I go renew one domain but can't because I now have an unpaid invoice for $100+ more than I want to spend now. I call to get the invoice removed, it's Saturday. They will action it Monday. The manager was informed. Nothing happens by Wednesday so I have to do the 20 minute online chat again to get it sorted. Further to this they are always adding other products to my orders, that cost more money. I don't want these. I have to remove them every time. That sucks. I'm looking for a new provider. These guys are crazy!
