After quoting me $69 for shipping, I was charged $140 - no explanations given, and with much cheaper shipping options via other carriers. Extremely unimpressed. Waiting on a response as to why the quote was more than doubled. 04.17 Follow up: MyUS was in contact to explain why my quote doubled, and it was also on the invoice: they charged the taxes for my country, alongside a few other little charges. One charge was a "change of address" charge - though I entered the address correctly to the company from which I ordered, apparently the suite number was not included. So, not my mistake. Just to say: My experience remains a one star as overall experience, but MyUS deserves a couple stars more. Warning: Check YOUR country's import tax before ordering!!

MyUS on the US suite has been nothing but wonderful when it comes to updating items received since i joined 5 years ago. I don’t really get things shipped to the UK suite, maybe twice a year. Twice now my experience with getting updates to the UK suite has been bad. The updates were as long as 6-7 days. I have to keep on inquiring about it to get an update. Taking a week to update is definitely not acceptable. Can you please work something out with the UK side on this as membership and shipping rates are not cheap and i expect a better service, even so now that the annual rate will increase soon.

I've been using MYUS services for some time now and they've been excellent, with good communication and fast delivery. However, I would like to ask if it is possible for DHL to allow at least 6 phones to be sent in one order.

Shipping prices are high, also there are many restrictions for items, and there's delays in reviewing shipments and requesting purchase invoices unlike other carriers.

Ho importato dal Regno Unito una spedizione dal Pokèmon Center. Il pacco è di dimensioni 40x20x20 e pesa 4kg. Mi sono stati addebitati 74€ per la spedizione + gli oneri doganali di 37€. Lavorando ogni giorno con le spedizioni so benissimo che sono costi che non hanno senso di esistere. Contattando l'assistenza insistono nel dire che il loro sistema calcola automaticamente i costi, il che significa che questi furbi marciano sui costi di spedizione altissimi. Il tutto è ancora più divertente quando la procedura di spedizione è automatica e non da la possibilità di scegliere il tipo di spedizione indicando in chiaro i costi. Mai più, statene alla larga.

Have used the service twice. First time, worked well enough, although postage was still more than I expected. Second time (Order #285354124390), it was ridiculous. An ebay seller said they could send my package from America to the UK for $29.57. So, I used MyUS, as they say they can reduce postage costs. However, they ended up billing me $42.91 for the postage. And a big problem is, you only find out how much you’re being billed once they take the money from your account and the package is on its way – so there’s no way you can turn down the deal if you think it’s not fair/adequate. I contacted their customer service about this issue, and they didn’t help me at all. All they said was that I could pay a subscription fee so that I would receive cheaper shipping fees in future – which was infuriating, considering I now didn’t plan to use the service again, and when I came to them about being overcharged, all they could offer was a way for me to pay them more money! There are things I like about the company (eg my item was very well packaged, and arrived promptly). But fundamentally, if your business exists to reduce postage costs, and you end up INCREASING them – with the customer having no recourse in this situation – then it’s really not a service I can recommend.

I recently decided to try MYUS to ship packages to my friend in STT. A first order was made with amazon and as you know amazon may sometimes ship items from one order separately. There were 6 items in the package and only one was shipped separately.. an LA Girl lip gloss priced at US$4.99 which weighed (actual) in at 0.44 lbs. DIM 2 lbs. It was not even delivered in a box but in a large envelope type amazon packaging. I was charged US$21.16 . The balance of that original package came in a day later.. actual and DIM weight at 2.95 lbs. and I was charged US$22.06. I also had another package a few days later. There were 2 bath and body works mists which weighed in at 1.80 lbs. (actual and DIM). I was charged US$57.78. Mark you, this package weighed in less than the previous. Additionally Length: 10inches Width: 3 inches Height: 3 inches was marked the same for all three packages. The first 2 were shipped via inflation breaker.. AND this one was shipped via FedEx Econ. I was taken aback by the price and so reached out to customer service. I was told that due to the fact that the item was flammable (I don't think that's the word they used.. I can't remember) but basically, it was a product that could only be shipped via fed ex! This was just highway robbery. After I receive these packages I will never use this company again.. worse again I'm understanding that I have to pay AGAIN when the packages arrive on island. Never again!

I registered with MyUS, but by mistake I used an incorrect email address. Unfortunately, this email address was already associated with an account with an outstanding debt, and I was charged unfairly. As soon as I realized the error, I contacted support, but so far I have not received any response. I have tried sending emails and seeking help through other channels, but the company simply ignores my request. This is unacceptable, as this is a technical error and an amount charged without my consent. I ask that MyUS resolve this situation immediately and provide me with the appropriate refund. Otherwise, I will have to dispute the payment directly with my bank and take other measures."_ case number 07230171
