Saudi Arabia | 19 February 2025DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! when my order arrived to their warehouse they took 2 days just to show up in the website!!! + when I paid for the shipping they took another 2 days to confirm and create tracking number!!! + they write it will takes 2-3 days to arrive to my country via aramix and now it’s already day 4 and still aramix didn’t receive the package from their warehouse!!! And when I contacted the support about why they saying it takes 2-3 days shipping time and now its day 4 ? They simply replied: we are sorry about this and your order will takes 5-10 days via aramix, really? What about the 2-3 days in your website? SCAM, i will do chargeback + waiting 15-17 days just to get my package!! SCAAAM

Germany | 18 February 2025MyUS scams EU customers with advance payment of Duties&Tax. You have to pay the Duties&Tax in advance for goods worth less than €150 and you can no longer deselect it as before. But Myus.com still sends the parcels as ‘Duties&Tax unpaid’, as it says on the DHL label. And you have to pay Duties&Tax again in Europe. And the bad thing is that the ‘Duties&Tax’ you have paid to MyUS are also on the invoice from MyUS and increase the real Duties&Tax you have to pay in Europe, so that the Duties&Tax in Europe or in the country you live, are even higher because everything is charged that is on the invoice. MyUS has only refunded me the amount I paid to MyUS and refuses to refund the amount I actually paid to German customs, which was higher because of MyUS. MyUS tries to explain this with lies, saying that I only pay the tax to MyUS and then the duties in the EU. They don't understand the system because they are stupid. They pretend to do IOSS for the EU, but pocket the money themselves. I will contact the authorities in Florida that EU customers are being cheated. What they are doing is criminal and fraud
