Saudi Arabia | 13 April 2025The customer service are great fast response and cooperative, the only problem I faced is that the shipping value is included with the item value which is not helpful it will only increase the tax, and if something happens to the package or it arrived damaged the shipping company only refund the item value regardless of shipping value, please make the shipping value in separate receipt or don’t include it at all.

Brunei Darussalam | 13 April 2025UK site - I received an incredibly incompetent service. Packages were not processed correctly for customs. Incorrect pricing of items, not efficiently identified (many items were labelled 'Articles of plastic'). Spoke with 3 agents and sent them every invoice and they assured me that they had corrected the issues, they had not. Quoted me one price but then when I paid I had been charged an extra $100. They had added extra weight to my bill. Luckily I screenshot everything and had proof that on their first invoice my package weight was 34lbs but on the charges they had quoted 50lbs. Disputed this with Paypal and managed to get my $100 back. Had no choice but to send the packages as it was going to cost me $8 per package to send back to the retailer and cancel the order. When it arrived in my country, I had to sit for a couple of hours and redo the customs paperwork that they had failed to do correctly because they did not accept general descriptions of items. Overall the service was horrendous. Had to pay for a service that I ended up doing myself and talking to customer services is a joke. They are polite enough and promise to escalate it to the manager and then....nothing. I cancelled my account and will look for another service to forward my orders in the future. Keeping copies of all chats, paperwork etc and using Paypal protected me. Regarding REPLY - A generic automated reply to make them look better on Trust Pilot. Sorry, I did reach out to support, several times and nothing happened. What makes you think anything will change now? Instead of trying to look good when people write genuine reviews about frustrating experiences, how about you actually change your practices and deal with customer issues when they first reach out to support. People don't have the time or energy to do your job when we pay for you to do it.

If we fail to declare a shipment that falls under a required category, that is A FELONY OFFENSE. As a result, we take this matter extremely seriously. We will not tolerate attempts to mislead us into a violation of US export regulations. This is why we are so strict about the export valuation requirements. So, if your items have a value that we cannot verify, you need to provide an invoice. This is non-negotiable. If you cannot do that, then cancel your account and take your business somewhere else. What an employees this Mr Alan. Very Unpolite and rude way to talk to customer. Show Isabella this messages. It started from her being "too good" of an employee. And you should be proud of Helen for going the extra miles in helping a customer.
